This Bella Coffee maker is more streamlined than the prior series. I do have one issue, the Keurig puncher does not always punch the bottom opening of the pod. Prior series, simply one punch, that's it. Can not fault Best Buy service, given a date, arrived early, access locker. E-mails prompt.

This coffeemaker is great! Makes great coffee (just as good as my bigger K brand one). I was amazed. I bought it for when I vaca at "bnb" homes so I don't have to go hunting for coffee shops. And the savings add up! Highly recommended.

Not bad for the money I bought this. I was in a jam. My brim coffee maker was not working properly so I had to go pick this one up.

I like that this item is compact and its perfect for my home since only one person in my house drinks coffee. The option of using a ground coffee and a pod is a plus and they are easy to clean. I got this item for a really good deal.

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but but for my purposes (using freshly ground coffee beans) I have to give this a poor review simply because the filter basket for the coffee grounds is just too small to be practical. I have a small drip coffee maker that can make up to cups of coffee (12 ounces each) and I use it mostly to make just one cup and I can say that I use about 3 scoops of ground coffee that simply wouldn't fit in this coffee maker. Frankly, I think this coffee maker is designed for pods, and the filter for ground coffee is an afterthought.

I love love this coffee maker it is so simple and your coffee is done.Easy to clean also.

I bought this because I thought it might help me cut down on coffee, but I just making a couple of cups instead of a half a pot of a day. The problem is the lid to the water should have been securely permanently attached when you go to put the lid back on it falls into the water almost every time Several times I want to make my 1st cup of coffee only half to 3/4 instead of the full cup I told it to make I only paid $20 for it. What a deal but it was a piece of junk so I returned it.

My wife loves to use to make hot chocolate and when family come over they look to do their own coffee and other flavors. Easy to use and to clean.

Bought this as a convenience item for vacationing. It's not a full-replacement for my big fancy Keurig, but it definitely does a good job while on the road. Would recommend for anyone needing a quick cup.

It is really nice product. It is really easy to use and doesn't require a lot of space.

When we travel we taje this coffee maker woth us. It is the perfect size and it is nice to have coffee in your room when you get up.

Very poor design. The lid does not shut securely so steam escapes. Sometimes only hot water comes out when using a pod.

The great compact coffemaker is great. High in quality and very fast. A great feature is the ability to customize the size of the 'pour' along with choosing the type of brew.

Great 1 cup coffee maker.... it works as it should and also very compact. Very easy to use. Coffee brewed in no time and was just the right temperature.

Great coffee maker for simple quick cup of coffee.

What a perfect single serve coffee maker. Slim design to fit anywhere on your counter without taking up much space So easy to use with only pushing 2 buttons and you are on your way to a hot cup of coffee, which only takes a minute to brew. I love the fact this little machine can make up to 5 different sizes , you can either use k-cup or the coffee basket to brew your own choice. The water storage tank in the back is an added bonus. Great item for a good price.

I actually love this purchase. It fits perfectly on my counter and the coffee taste great. This is a great addition to my mornings.
