It is easy and straightforward to operate and brews a K-cup fast. I use it for tea also! The reservoir holds about 3 cups. A great buy on sale!

At first it was working fine now All it does is starts steaming and squealing like a tea pot but doesn't send hardly any water through it!! Then all the lights start flashing and shuts off!!! I didn't find anything about what's happening to it!! What a piece of junk!!

I caught it on sale so for around $30 I replaced a very slow old coffee maker that was limited to 10oz brews with a new one that can make up to 14oz in one shot. The reservoir is not the largest out there but for a single person it is more than enough and it is simple to refill. The coffee taste is good. I won't say it is equal to the newest models Keurig has but it is certainly better than what was coming out of that old unit.
