Was a gift and when they opened it past the 30 day return window the plastic water reservoir was cracked and broken at the top.

this is a very good item to have for coffee or soup. tall cups fit well.

I picked ut up on a Friday evening and attempted to use it Saturday morning. I wasted two Kcups attempting to make coffee. I set it to 10 oz. The first time, it sounded as if it was brewing, but there was barely any liquid to come out. The second time, it brewed and only maybe 4 oz was made. I couldn't afford to waste a 3rd so I will be returning this product.

Looks very nice in person, I prefer this over Bella over the big name brand with a “K” bought this as a day of the day less than $40, you can use bigger cups with the bells vs other brands, smaller and larger cup choices vs other brands, and it takes up less counter space but is taller than most other brands. The warranty is also longer than the keurig brand.

I would buy again. Great product. I highly recommend.

Works great and I especially like the fact that it has a reusable filter. I like the ability to be able to have a coffee to go container too.

The machine itself is pretty and has a nice tank but the thing overfills no matter the setting to match the cup size, will not cleanly puncture the pods and instead snaps a triangular hole in the pod which leads to grounds in your cup. This issue started recently, with the most recent issue a few moments ago it stopped heating and dispensing coffee at the normal rate and only dripped into the cup. Upon first sip it was almost nuke warm at best. And unfortunately I cannot return it as I am 12 days past the return window. This last issue is a total deal breaker and now I have to purchase another machine that actually works as intended.

I normally do not like to do reviews and am a Bella fan. BUT - I rarely used it only a couple of days each week, on average. After a couple of months, before it started "acting up" and it stop working a couple of months after that. I have a few Bella products with no issues. I will try one of their other "pro" coffee maker products. If it "act up" within a short time period, they've lost a long time customer.

Really glad I bought this. Perfect for one person and can use your own coffee, don’t need to buy pods.

It is a very good machine to make coffee and enjoy a sip of flavor at dawn and any time of day.

Unfortunately the basket that you put the ground coffee in, is too small, this results in a regular size, weak cup of coffee.

It worked only for one day then it was just passing warm water instead of making coffee

Compact and doesn't take up much counter space. Brews a nice cup of coffee. Like the option of coffee cup sizes.

It’s perfect for me as I am not a routine coffee drinker. It’s a perfect size and super easy to use. Great little machine.

Not that great. Only K-Pod worked. The regular grounded coffee functionality did not work. It just spit hot water out. The K-Pod coffee wasn;t tasting good either. It does know how to whistle loud enough to scare my kids :) Luckily I had warranty on this and exchanged for something better.
