Crashed and burned already. Bought on Christmas. Sounds like maybe gears broke.

Loved it at first and it was powerful when it worked but unfortunately it stopped working after a month.. tried to tap it twice and power came back up but it keeps stopping after 15seconds or so.

Save your money and buy a quality food processor. This Bella device is poorly made and the mechanism that turns the blade for the food processor stopped working after two uses. The blender blade still turns, but the blender container has square edges that keep the contents from circulating. This thing is going in the trash!

Blender is not to bad for the most part, not really the best but on the sale price id say its a deal.

Bought this item new July 2025. Stopped working by November while prepping ThanksGiving foods for said holiday. Would not recommemd it for this specific experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Best buy for many years, but unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The product didn’t work at all right out of the box. While I understand the price was low after applying a discount, I still expected basic functionality. The quality was far below expectations, and it felt like a complete waste of money. I hope this was just a one-off issue, but it’s definitely made me reconsider future purchases

I didn’t used the products, but I went to rerun in store , they didn’t accept my returns, I purchase less then 3 weeks , but their return. Policy is two weeks window. I will not recommend to anyone if they are not sure if they want to keep to item or not , they should not purchase anything y from Best Buy.

It looks really nice but won't start. I e-mailed Bella for help but they won't respond. I don't know if mine has a factory defect or if I'm doing something wrong ir need to do something.

Purchased this because my Ninja system broke after almost 7 years of use. I liked the fact this was a more compact system. As I unboxed the items the first thing I noticed is how thin the plastic is. I attached the blender to the base and when locking it into place the plastic handle bends. I didn’t need to go any further. I boxed the items back up and returned it and bought another Ninja.

The Bella PRO MasterBlend Prep System is a fantastic choice for the kitchen. It is a 3 in 1 package that lets you be versatile with your cooking and prepping. Out of the box, the setup is quite easy and the whole system is very simple to use. It comes with a blender pitcher, a personal blender cup, and a food processor that includes several different cutting blades for making different things, including a plastic dough blade, stainless processing blade, and a slicing/ shredding disc. Everything is super easy to wash and clean out, which is hard to say for a blender. The blender motor itself feels very well crafted and of great quality. It motor is on a moderate level of noise but from other blenders I have used over time, it is one of the quietest. It has an easy to use control knob that is touch based and reacts well with presses. It uses a physical knob for controlling the speed. You can choose from a chop mode, a dough making mode, ice crushing, and a smoothie/cleaning mode. On the speed control you can choose from low, medium, hi, and a pulse mode which comes in handy if you are chopping up a lot of solids. It all wipes up very easily if a mess was made. The blender containers include a pitcher, and a personal cup. The cutting blade interchanges between the two and makes it very easy to operate. The blender blade is very powerful and cuts up everything I have thrown at it. Ice chops up well and does great with frozen fruits as well when making smoothies.The lid for the pitcher seals well and has a removable plug to add more to the blend. The cup is tall and a little difficult to clean out depending on what you are making. I have larger hands so reaching all the way down to clean out the bottom of the cup was a bit difficult so I use a bottle brush. The food processor is awesome. It works very well and the slicing blade is very nice to have for different cuts. I have not used the dough blade so I can not speak on that but looks like it would work well. The lid is easy to attach and it also includes a food pusher to keep that food moving down the tube. The processor is by far my favorite part of this Prep System. Again, everything comes apart very easy and is simple to clean, which I love from any kitchen utensil or device. Overall, I have to say besides the cup being so tall and narrow and harder to clean, this Prep System is well worth it and has been a great addition to the kitchen. Its simplicity and great functionality, and easiness to clean makes this one really hard to pass up.

In the time that i had this product it failed me twice the first time the rubber sealer under container was missing so i had to exchange. The second run was more of a fail because i had issue with all of sudden not wanting to work anymore keep in mind we are no t using it all the time maybe like twice day but still it has tendency to just stop working then resume working later randomly

I went to pick up the the order. The box was ripped and seam not pleasant to give to someone. So i walked 10 steps to other counter to return it. I was so disappointed to walk out without a blender:(.

The item was returned to the store. The box was already opened and returned by someone else before we got it.

This Bella Pro 3-in-1 system does a great job of combining frequently used functions into a compact and good looking package. It also fits under my cabinets even with the mixing pitches which is a positive and the looks are like a modern take on 60s appliances. I’d say this unit is best for 2 adults or a small family, as it’s not quite large enough to serve multiple people and it can’t process and hold as much food as larger units, but that’s OK, as long as you know you don’t need anything bigger. In terms of power, this unit has plenty. 1200w motor easily blends and emulsifies fruit, veggies and ice to give you fine blended smoothies with no big chunks. The food processor also slices then carrots and potatoes easily. Be sure to handle the cutting attachments carefully as they are sharp! My family really loves the ability to make smoothies with this blender. I let the kids pick what fruits they want to put in and a few minutes later we have a smoothie that tastes great and is much cheaper and healthier than some of the alternatives out there. The only negatives of this unit are that they use plastic all over. The body of the unit is plastic as are the mixing containers and pitchers. I wish they were glass maybe as I think these containers will drain and discolor over time.

Returned item to Best Buy .Could not get blender to work.Manual with product did not help either. Even youtube did not have any instructions on how to get this thing to work

i would give less than a star, it stopped working after my 3rd use, not able to click the button at all. complete waste of money. get a better one and save your money.

The bella Pro MasterBlend 3-in-1 Prep System with Blender is a versatile food processor and blender with amazing looks and excellent build quality. It has a powerful 1200 Watt motor capable chopping or shredding just about anything you decide to put in it food wise. My wife loves to make smoothies, and she really appreciates that the included 24 oz. To-Go jar/cup with lid comes with it. It makes it very convenient to be able to make a smoothie and also drink it from the same cup. It makes clean up quicker since it's just the one cup. The five cup processing bowl is plenty of room to process or combine fruits, vegetables, nuts, or whatever else you decide to put in. We even tried shredding some chicken breast and it came out much better than expected. My favorite part is the blender. We had to make a lot of margaritas this past week, for testing purposes of course. it goes through the ice quickly with it's powerful motor. A 64 oz. blending jar makes for plenty of margaritas at one time. I look forward to being able to use it again in the near future. As for clean up, as easy as everything goes together, it comes apart just as easily. It doesn't take much effort, making it a breeze to clean.

The bella Pro MasterBlend 3-in-1 blender is an excellent, professional grade, home blender that is very powerful while taking up relatively little space in your kitchen. The swappable parts allow you to blend and chop multiple different items and the automatic speed adjustment ensures that you are able to blend, chop, or dice almost anything. This is a great purchase for anyone who meal preps with multiple different attachments and pieces you can quickly and easily get your meals ready. All of the accessories are also easily cleanable meaning you can switch between food items quickly and easily. I especially like the blending jar accessory that allows you to quickly and easily make smoothies or shakes and you can then attach the lid after blending and easily carry and enjoy your drink. This is great for on-the-go smoothies and I use this almost daily! The "cup" or blending jar is quite a bit larger than other smoothie blenders which can be great if you prefer to have a larger drink. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a blender or food processor especially since it easily fills both roles in a relatively small package.
