Great product! We had been looking around for awhile for machine that could both brew a pot of coffee and use Keurig cups as needed. This machine accomplishes both and makes great coffee. I don't believe this is a negative but this machine is relatively large at least compared to a regular single cup Keurig. We have had no issues and serves is life's nectar every morning. Highly recommend.

Brews quickly, makes the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had! Definitely an upgrade from the old Mr. Coffee maker I’ve used for a decade. It was a little confusing getting used to the controls at first, but once you learn, VERY easy to use.

I absolutely love this coffee maker w/ single brew option! We have a Keurig which my husband uses but it's much more convenient to brew in a pot to pour into a thermos as we both often do. Keurig is good for an office when you have several people with different tastes. Easy to use and quick clean up.

List coffee maker. It is intuitive..very easy to use. And great for a quick cup of coffee. When I don't need a full pot. Especially great for the price.

It's not the most user-friendly (maybe I've been spoiled with my old Keurig) and the lid doesn't stay up on its own when you need to fill it with water or add grounds but it makes a decent cup of coffee so I can't really complain.

This is a great coffee maker. Not only does it make great coffee in a carafe, it also makes single serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or whatever else you can find a pod to make. Everyone says the coffee tastes better.

My husband loves this coffee maker it’s simple to use he has been getting the same coffee maker and it kept on breaking so I told him it was time for a different one and we made the right choice

Not the simplest coffee maker we have ever bought. But, we’ve figured it out. Making a cup of coffee should not be so much work.

It has been a very reliable coffee maker. Love that it has a coffee pot and single serve coffee. The price is reasonable and I have a 2 year warranty on it.

The coffee maker works great and is a great value! It can brew hot coffee or over ice in different size cups.

This does exactly what I wanted. When I'm going to be around home I want to beew a full pot of coffee on days when I'm going to be out early I brew one. I love this thing.

Great coffee maker only issue is the coffee inbthe pot doesn't stay hot.

It had lots of nifty features, but the single serve non k cup adapter didn't hold enough coffee for my needs.
