    I had this machine for about a month, and it worked fine at first. But the first time the breaker flipped, the machine stopped working. The touch screen never came back on only the clock showed. If your home has older wiring or older plug‑ins, this machine can’t handle even a small power issue. One flip was enough to break it, and I had to return it. On top of that, the coffee wasn’t great. The pods made watery coffee on level 3 strength unless you ran hot water through the machine first and then used your pod and that didn't always work. For something at this price, it shouldn’t need extra steps just to make a normal cup.

    Works great, Perfect brews. Non hassle filter and refill reservoir. Most happy that it has k-cup option or even single cup filter for ground coffee

    Liked being able to make a pot in the morning to share with husband. Loved being able to make a cup later in the day. The single serve side quit working after 2 weeks. Returned to Best Buy.
