It’s fine. Touchscreen could be better. It takes a long time to make a pot of coffee.

We have really liked getting rid of two separate coffee makers and now just using this one. It works great and we have enjoyed its ease of use.

I absolutely love this coffee maker w/ single brew option! We have a Keurig which my husband uses but it's much more convenient to brew in a pot to pour into a thermos as we both often do. Keurig is good for an office when you have several people with different tastes. Easy to use and quick clean up.

I’m so happy with my new coffee machine. I love the way I can choose the strength of the coffee, the way I get to choose to brew a pot or a single cup! This is the best coffee machine I’ve ever had, short of owning a cappuccino machine

Good coffee maker. Only downside I had even after reading the directions was the programming. Through trial and error I figured it out.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this coffee maker. The promise of drip coffee along with K cups is a good one. However, this thing is not user friendly. For starters, there are no physical buttons. Everything is done by touch. The touch pad isn't the most responsive either. The worst feature however is no on switch. When you plug this in, it will remain on. Instead of a simple brew on and off switch, you have to navigate a touch screen that barely works. It goes into standby automatically, but you'd think touching the button would bring up the screen. No, it actually starts the pot. Nine times out of ten, you will begin brewing when you don't mean to. I like Bella products. But this has to be their worst. Obtuse instructions and no dedicated buttons make this not worth any sale price you find it for.

The Bella PRO works easily. The k-cup single cup works nicely. However, the drip coffee maker stinks! It smells like plastic during the brewing cycle and the coffee taste and smells like plastic. Unusable!

I love this machine, dont need to buy coffee filters, easy to refill water resevoir, multiple strength selections, and looks beautfiul.

Not the simplest coffee maker we have ever bought. But, we’ve figured it out. Making a cup of coffee should not be so much work.

It’s a good item. Only 1 thing is the regular coffee side doesn’t stay hot long
