We love it! We like that you can still use the single cup side while the voffe pot side is programmed for its morning start time. Would highly recommend!

The bella PRO multibrew was easy to set up and the display is easy to read . It uses k-cups for a fast cup of coffee .

Bought it brand new but returned to the store after a few days as it wouldn't keep the correct time. It would lose a few minutes every hour so the auto brew feature was useless. Turns out others have mentioned this issue too. I like Best Buy and give them credit. I returned the item clean and in it's original packaging without hassle. The Bella PRO was a good deal but sadly just didn't work out. I then PROceeded to buy a better coffeemaker with similar design and features and a clock that actually keeps the right time. Imagine that. If you never use auto brew, and don't care about the clock being correct, it did work fine the few times I used it. That said, when you buy a brand new item, the expectation is it will work correctly out of the box and this item did not.

This came damaged with a tiny scratch on it which is why I only can give it 3 stars. But the features this has are outstanding. I highly recommend it.

This coffee maker is one of the worst. The lid for the water tank doesn't stay up by itself and most importantly, the water runs through the k cup too fast and the coffee is weak. Absolutely do not like the touch screen! Do no like that funnel thing in the carafe lid either.

One of the worst coffee brewing machines I've ever purchased. The top lid kept falling when pouring water into the reservoir. I wouldn't stay up; I think that's very important! No internal ater filter. The timer was very confusing. I do not know where the manufacturer gets the name "Pro" should be a bench warmer. Any for that retail price??????

My review is going to be terrible , I just purchased this product for my wife for Christmas this is actually all she asked me for as a gift was a nice new coffee pot ,HOWEVER this one is already broken a month later it will not make single cups of coffee at all . I am now looking to see if I can return this item since Best Buy has a stupid 30 day policy I’m sure I’ll have to fight for this if I get anywhere at all

Clock on the unit does not keep up with real time. Spoke with warranty about the issue with no resolve.

Well, I’m on my third one now. After 2-4 weeks the pod side stops making coffee. Even when I pick 14oz I’m lucky if I get 2oz. I guess we’ll see if this one makes it.
