Worked for five cups, then died.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked for about five cups of coffee, then lost all ability to dispense the proper amount of water. First it overflowed the cup, then only dispensed a few tablespoons instead of 12 ounces. After that, it seemed to give up only about 25% of the amount it was asked to dispense. It's also a bit of a task to dump the grounds, clean up the filter and clean up the machine where it dispenses the water as coffee grounds seem to get out of the filter and get all over the area in back of where the water comes out and enters the filter compartment.

What a mistake!

Screen is confusing as far as having to touch the brew button. I thought in this day and age it would also have the capability to use a pod if you wanted! WRONG! Waited to long to return it! No I don’t recommend!

Less than 30 days

Best buy has a 15 day garbage return policy. I guess I know why retail is dying. Throw this in the trash. And buy from Amazon. At least they have a 30 day return policy. Good bye best buy, it was a good run. I bought everything in my home from you.

I’ll be throwing in the trash after just 1 month because it’s past the return period.. Not out that much money as I bought it for $44 less $10 Best Buy rewards :(

Don’t buy
