    The only reason I gave a 3 star rating was not actually in the product, but the delayed process. I had initially processed this to be shipped to the store, but for some unknown reason, they called to share the one that was shipped to the store was damaged….interesting! So someone recommended that it be shipped to me, but I noticed my card was processed for an additional $.35 for taxes. I should have been compensated with a gift card or something, but BestBuy choice to stick me with an additional 35 cents, instead of covering this amount on my behalf. This was not handled professionally or ethically. I was disappointed in the whole process. The blender is working just fine.

    I was torn between this and the Ninjas and after reading reviews i decided on this. I like that it turns a click to secure the blades/container because my old one didn't and it wasn't real secure but this one even has suction cups to hold the base unit in place plus the thing has power to spare. I'm glad i chose this one!

    The buttons are confusing and it suffers from inability to break larger ice like any other blenders. I expected a bit more power considering it has “ice crush” button. But overall, it is within expectations.
