My wife simply touched one and cut herself. It has made the best, easiest smoothies. Looking forward to what else we can make with it.

Four stars is because it was so hard to start it up for people to not understand. Keep it symmetrical and powered up because for me. It took me at least 10 minutes is set it up, but it actually does work so it does deserve five starts but for me. I will give it for because of that

The power button would fade in and out but none of the function lights would light up so the unit was not useable. The PowerUp blender has a 2-year warranty so I contacted customer service. I submitted a description of the problem and a video but they returned a decision that it was “functioning perfectly”. I would not recommend buying anything with the Bella brand. Stick with a reliable company if you want a useable appliance!
