The power button would fade in and out but none of the function lights would light up so the unit was not useable. The PowerUp blender has a 2-year warranty so I contacted customer service. I submitted a description of the problem and a video but they returned a decision that it was “functioning perfectly”. I would not recommend buying anything with the Bella brand. Stick with a reliable company if you want a useable appliance!
