    Due to many things on my schedule, I did not try to use this blender until about two months after I bought it. When I finally opened the box to use it and plugged it in, I could not get it to work. I double-checked the booklet that came with it 3 or 4 times to make sure I was following the directions. but I couldn't find a way to get it to blend anything.

    The lid insert leaked when I washed it prior to use. Unfortunately the base would blink but the motor would never run. Calls to service didn’t help. Ended up sending it back which was a nightmare.

    Did not work, it would not turn on so I had to get a hold of the maker and they decided to refund me the money so I’m not gonna rate it. It’s not good.
