Looks nice but do not buy

The motor is not strong enough I turned it on to cut pepperoni, half way through the stick the blade made a struggling sound and stopped. Smoke began pouring out of the switch.

Save your money!

Slicer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Slice meats, fruits, veggies, breads. Fairly simple to set up and use. Blade will sometimes be a bit hard to place on and take off. Has different thickness settings. Pros- Will slice a lot of things to desired thickness. Mostly easy to take apart. Cons- Takes up a lot of space. When slicing, the items will fall right onto the back as there is no easy way to catch the stuff, the backside is in the way. Blade will not always go on and off easy. No way to take sliding tray off to clean thoroughly. We ended up returning it as I didn't like slicing raw meat on something I could not break down and clean well.

Perfect for the home use it to slice my homemade bacon and summer sausage. Also good for cheese and veggies have also sliced homemade bread. Wish I would of bought

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very poor and small screw holding on blade. Can not remove sliding tray for cleaning. Has a grove in slide tray where liquid can get in and no way to clean. Not sanitary.
