Not meant to be a professional or commercial slicer by any means. Truth***. I have not used it yet. This is based on inspection.

Comes apart easily to clean. Saves me a lot of money over the long run, by cutting deli meats/cheeses myself. ( I'm a Grand daughter of a butcher)

He isn’t great at using machines of any kind in the kitchen. This is simple to use and amazing quality. I’m not happy that I received it without a shipping box and the box was open and tore up.
