I like my coffee make easy to use without all the extra stuff! This does exactly what needs to be done brew coffee fast & program it in the morning!!! Love it & it looks great with my stainless steel appliances!

The coffee machine looks beautiful, the material looks durable. Functions easy to deal, permanent filter which I also use papel filter as well. Make coffee super fast I was impressed. The only con on my opinion if you are limited on space in your kitchen this coffee maker is super big size.

Great coffee maker!! Also the coffee strainer is a plus..saves you 9 to 12 bucks...makes for an easy change out...water is also very simple to fill...Coffee Tastes Great too....love it...

Really like the stainless and black look. It matches out appliances. This coffee machine has excessive audio beeping when it starts, brewing, finishes, brewing, and throws out a few more beeps a minute or so after it's done brewing. Really not a welcoming morning sound, for our young children sleeping in the house. Wish there was a way to turn off the audible beeps.

I bought this in a great price and the let me tell you the performance is great the coffee is brew fast almost no sound just a few beeps to let you know the coffee is ready.

Great coffee machine. Looks nice and works great. I’m not a fan of the fancy machines. I just need something simple to make me coffee and wake me up! This is perfect!

It does what it advertises to do - it makes my coffee. The reusable coffee filter is great! Love not having to buy disposable coffee filters. The button functions aren’t the most intuitive e.g. press and hold program to get to the “Bold” setting. I also got it on sale (deal of the day), so I really can’t complain too much. Not sure if I’d say it’s worth the regular price though.

Lid does not stay open by itself. Brews faster and Hotter than cheaper models.

If you like fast brew times, hot brew temperatures, reusable basket and a smooth flavored cup of coffee at a great price, this is your best choice.

I have had this since July and it's still working great! There is a feature to set when the coffee is made. You would have to keep the coffee maker plugged in when this occurs. We use coffee filters just to make this easier to clean. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase. Cons: The lid of the water dispenser is fragile so just be careful when cleaning that portion. It snapped off clean, but we just stuck it on as a lid since it didn't bother the function of the coffee maker.

I got tired of having a Keurig machine and wanted a nicer replacement than your standard 12 cup coffee maker. I love the washable coffee filter than buying coffee filters over and over. The only small negative I have is that I wish the water container could be just a holding tank so that way I don't have to keep filling the water every morning.

Thisbis a good coffee maker especially for the price I paid. I do wish that the resevoir came off for easier filling. Woth my low hanging cabinets it was tricky to figure out the best way. I do like the built in filter. Coffee brews quick and hot. I am not disappointed.

Very nice looking sitting on your counter. Love the included gold basket. Buttons are clearly marked and easy to use. Not sure about why the infuser is there in the middle of the pot. It does have markings that tell you how much water to put in (which corresponds to the reservoir) and how much coffee you will get. (there are 2 sets of markings at each level like (2) number 4's.) I believe it said you lose 10% of the water. What I didn't like about it was as in all basket style coffee makers, you need to use much more coffee than cone style. Usually to make 6 cups (according to the lines on the pots), I add 3 scoops of coffee using a coffee scoop. Comes out fine. With this, you need to add at least 4 to get almost the same strength (more like 4 1/2). I noticed if you add a basket filter to the gold basket, it slows it down a bit, hence giving you stronger coffee. Once you do that, makes a nice cup of coffee.

I like how quick the brewing is and that the temperature is slightly hotter than most other units. Very pleased with this one.

Our previous coffee maker was starting to turn itself on when it was neither programmed to do so, nor with us using it. So it had to be replaced. This Bella came to our attention when it went on sale at Best Buy. If makes great coffee! We love the BOLD setting and the flavor enhancement feature for the lid. These innovations make a significant improvement on the coffee flavor.

My wife and I purchased this coffee maker we just love the design and we got to use it and it makes a delicious cuppa coffee I urge everybody out there to purchase one if you’d like a good cuppa coffee it’s not like all the rest. This coffee maker is stainless steel it is very nice to look at and to have on your counter I get a lot of compliments.Thank you for a wonderful product

Easy to maintain, brews excellent coffee..nice and hot. If you want a pot of coffee vs a cup, this is a good option

Had a coffee maker that after a few minutes the coffee would be warm but not hot. With this coffee maker, two hours later the coffee is still super hot! This is great because my wife usually drinks coffee before we exercise in the morning and I drink it after. Also, it is one of the deals of the day offers every few weeks, so wait until it is on sale and it is a great deal.
