So far so good. I set it for bold brew. Tastes good. Keeps it hot for a couple of hours. Brews quicker than any of my past ones. I like the permanent coffee filter. The mouth of the pot is open a lot so you have to be careful and pour slowly. Got a great deal.

Good, simple coffee maker. Looks nice, but the feel is a bit cheap. For the price I got it for, I won't complain. The water filler lid cracked within a week of purchase, but otherwise it has been rock solid for almost a year.

Just purchased. So far so good. Very easy to use for my 70+ year old mother in law. Will be updating in a few months and in a year. I did read the reviews so that's why I purchased the service warranty. Side note: Highly recommend every one who buys electronic gadgets to purchase the warranty. The return on investment and the elimination of buyers remorse offsets the costs.

Love the look and functionality of this coffee maker. #1 it looks great in our coffee "nook". The stainless steel is clean and modern. #2 it works great. We primarily use the timer function so that the coffee is ready when we get up in the morning. It is easy to set everyday and hasn't failed yet. But, for those times we want to brew a pot on the fly, it is great. Only takes a few minutes to brew a full pot. Our old machine would take 20+ minutes. The other nice thing is that it actually brews a full pot. Minimal steam loss of water because it seems much of the heating comes from the heating element the pot sits on. And it gets and keeps the pot HOT! Only thing that falls a bit short is that once the "keep warm" function goes off there is no way to just restart it without brewing a bit more coffee. I tend to fill the reservoir to about 2 - 3 cups of water and just brew that to start that warming clock over again. Not really sure what the 1-4 cups setting is for. Seems you can just fill the reservoir as full as you need and it will brew it until complete, so why the 1-4 setting? Haven't found a good answer yet. I do use it for smaller batches, though. We use disposable filters so don't know about the reusable filter that comes with it. We also use the "bold" setting and find it makes less grounds taste fuller. Happy so far.

I got this coffee maker on a deal of the day promotion. It works great. I will say it makes extremely hot coffee. I find myself adding an ice cube or two sometimes if I don’t want to wait on it to cool down. If you add cream or milk though you probably won’t notice. My SO hasn’t said anything about the temp and that’s how she takes hers. Overall great maker. Fast and easy to operate.

Awesome coffee maker, great value for money, very well made, easy to keep clean. I drink coffee from 5am to 5pm so 12 cup gets me a couple refills. No cons accept the shower head under the lid gets splattered with grounds (I use 1 cup grounds for 12 cups of water) but a simple wipe once a day is all it needs. Happy coffee making, my caffeine connoisseur friends!

This product has done exactly as we expected, fast brewing, ease of use & cleanup, good features and bonus on its nice appearance especially its on stainless steel, all praises here...

Bought this as a replacement for my old coffee maker and I don't regret it. It works very well and the features it comes with are great. I like that there is the 2 hour keep warm feature. It's sturdy and the coffee gets very hot. I am pleased with my purchase.
