This unit definitely makes cooking for the family quick and easy. I was able to clear some countertop space for this air fryer and never looked back. I have a family of four and it can be difficult to find an appliance that works well for my size of family (many appliances function for a single person, two, or way more than four.) I was able to cook vegetables in minutes, without the need to preheat an oven. The real benefit for these units is that it can save the 10-15 minutes of preheating that your traditional convection oven takes to come to temp. Additionally, the tray and bin was easy to clean and setup. I also really enjoyed how compact this appliance is relative to size of the bin. Other fryers I have bought in the past take up way too much space relative to capacity of the tray. In my kitchen where countertop space is scarce, mattered a lot. The screen was different. I wished that it had manual knobs and buttons, but I'll get use to the digital touchscreen with time I'm sure. I'd 100% recommend this to anyone looking for an air fryer.

I bought this air fryer January 2023. It started having issues with the screen going black on Thanksgiving 2023, then completely died the week before Christmas 2023. Supposedly has a two year manufacturing warranty , so Im contacting them this week.

Very cool since it cook food for me and very easy to make pizza

Only reason I gave 1 star is because I ordered 2 and after I confirmed my purchase I got an error message so I resubmitted not realizing my purchase qty was 1 until I received another message from BestBuy that it a delay in delivery I called customer service in reference to the qty issue which I was told I would have to pay regular price if I want to order another 1 which I believe this issue was created on purpose

The touch screen is one of the worst ones put there. It either needs full touch screen like a cellphone or physical touch. This one is in-between and doesn’t actually register my touch most of the time.

The touch screen is terrible, very close to trashing it every time I use it.

Expected the cooking performance to be better, overcooks outer.

Has great functionality but a few flows, first if you select a setting by mistake and want to change it you can't, you have to wait for the timer to finish before changing the setting, even if you press pause. Next, mine has been malfunctioning for a while, it just stops randomly after I turn it on and press starts, then I have to press start again for it to continue which is very inconvenient especially if you are trying to keep track of cooking time.

It has seperate drawers and just perfect for my son!

Temperature does not work on the air fryer option. It is stuck at 400 degrees and will not change. I did not use this until the return period was over, disappointed.

This will get the job done for most people who don't want anything fancy. The all black color is pretty stealthy looking when it's powered off. The touch screen is all black also and is a little on the dim side when the fryer is powered on or wen you need to push various buttons. This does have some pre-sets and the best one, at least for me, is the one for fries. The fryer is of decent construction and build quality. The tray doesn't slide out super smoothly, but that may change with some use. It is a little on the loud side while operating and best to keep it pulled away from the wall a little, maybe a few inches at least. This model doesn't come with a wire rack that you can sit down inside onto the crisper plate. I would have liked to see that included, as it's a very inexpensive addition. So far what I have cooked has come out pretty well. We cook a lot of Taquitos and this fryer does a decent job of cooking them evenly. I would like to have seen an option to run it above 400 degrees, however. This model only goes up to 400 degrees. Overall, a solid no-frills fryer with a pretty large capacity for multiple people's eats.

I had such a pleasure using it for the last 4 months. However, while baking, the air fryer has stopped working literally !!

Sensio BELLA Pro 6.0 QT Air Fryer Touchscreen, Matte Black Overall, we found the air fryer simple and easy to use. There are only two parts, other than the fryer appliance itself, and those are the frying basket that you slide out from the appliance and the crisping tray; both are made of non-stick material. The tray fits snugly into the frying basket and provides a base to place your food while allowing air to circulate beneath the tray with your food on it and the bottom of the basket. So, you can simply wipe the basket and/or tray after use (depending on what you're cooking) or wash both in hot, soapy water. Of course the air fryer appliance itself is never put in water, just wiped down with a damp cloth. Basically, you can cook according to 6 presets or just manually. You select a preset (air fry, roast, broil, bake reheat, french fries) if one of those covers what you need. After selecting a preset, you can change both the cooking temperature and the time the fryer will run, if some customization is needed for what you want to do. Otherwise, just go with the temp/time default of the preset you're using. As mentioned, you can go by an air fryer recipe you may have that will give you the temp/time settings to use for that dish in which case you can set it manually and not use any of the presets. There is a digital panel on the upper front part of the appliance. When your air fryer appliance is plugged in, the start/pause button will start flashing. A word to the wise here - just quickly tap the start/pause button and the rest of the control panel will illuminate showing the presets along with separate time and temp buttons. These can be increase/decreased with the minus and plus buttons that reside beside the time/temp buttons. The appliance is not tiny so you'll need a little room on your countertop for it to set. Leaving it out rather than sticking it in a cupboard somewhere will help you use it more often - and it is an appliance you will want to use since you won't have to use your oven as much or your stove-top as much for frying/baking. Also, set the appliance on non-plastic coasters or a placemat. Remember, the air fryer does use circulating hot air to do its work. While the air beneath the appliance doesn't get hot, long term use in one spot on a countertop may affect the countertop eventually. This isn't anything to worry about, just setting it on something as already described will allow you to use it in the same spot with no worries for as long as you have the air fryer. So far, we've cooked bacon in it, sweet potato fries, blueberry muffins and warmed leftover biscuits. The bacon did very well without cooking in grease (the air flow will move thin bacon around some so using thicker bacon will improve this). The sweet potato fries came out of a frozen bag and did just as well as dropping them in a deep oil fryer. The muffins were cooked in their paper cup liners (you can use various types of cup liners but a spot of cooking spray in each is a good idea), and they were perfect the first time - moist and done. The biscuits were from another meal from the day before. They had the same texture and flavor as they had when they came out of the regular oven originally. We all know what microwave ovens do to bread products - turns them to rubber; not so with the air fryer! Oh yes! I almost forgot about the cheese pizza (you can do up to a 9" pizza) we tried. Both the crust and top of the cheese was crunchy and the cheese in between was soft and really good. Highly recommend the pizza experience. Occasionally, you'll find a recipe that works better with a little oil of some type. I've found that, even with non-stick surfaces, cooking spray does wonders for cooking as well as cleanup - "food" for thought. While cooking you quickly tap the pause button if you need to pause things, or just simply slide the basket out from its closed position, which pauses the cooking process automatically. Pulling the basket out is more convenient. When you push it back in, cooking recommences right where it left off. There are a million air fryer recipes available online so you can use it for virtually anything. My wife has figured out that once she gets a recipe down pat for the air fryer, she puts it on Pinterest so that she can quickly access it whenever she wants to cook that type of food again. The Bella Pro Air Fryer is a great product!

This basket design is ridiculous. Silicone feet on tray come right off and are VERY difficult to reattach. Every attempt to insert or remove the tray, the feet fall off! The cycle of reattaching the ridiculously designed feet to have them fall right off ends now. There is no other option but to return this junk. Also suspect this was a returned item delivered. Boo, Best Buy

Works pretty well but the rubber feet in the pan went bad within a month. Contacted the mfg for a warranty claim and was told that they weren’t covered by warranty. Pretty lame excuse for quality control and a worthless warranty when they won’t honor it.
