I am very impressed with this machine. It makes great coffee. The only drawback I can say is that it is loud.

Bought this on sale. Great deal. Works great. Good starter machine if new to nespresso style coffee.

Expresso maker is ok. The frother is also good. Overall I would say this is not a perfect Expresso machine. You can get better ones at this price.

First machine leaked more that the Titanic. Yes, I had the water container attached correctly. It didn't matter. Leaks from the bottom where the water reservoir is seated on the machine. I ordered a second machine to see if I had better luck. Nope. This one doesn't pump. I filled the water tank, seated it properly, turned the machine on and attempted the cleaning process that you need to do before you use it for the first time. No dice. Push either coffee button and the pump turns on but no water comes out. I tried re-seating the water container, turning it off and on as it states in the instructions, all of that numerous times - just doesn't work. I'm going to call customer service to see if there's anything else I should check but more than likely it's another defective machine. It's simply not worth the time. Save up some $$ and just buy a real Nespresso machine, not this junk. I think most if not all of the 4 & 5 star reviews here are fake or really for other products. It can't possibly be for this piece of garbage. Total waste of my time and super aggravating. I also think the shipping warehouse is sending out re-packs as someone else here has mentioned. I think they're sending out defective units. There are none in the stores near me so shipping is my only option. Two bad machines in a row tells me something's up. DON'T BUY!!!

Best Expresso Coffee maker. Was iffy at first but bought it .. went back and bought 5 more and gave them away as gifts.

I got this during a pretty significant sale so I'm considering this machine alongside the great price I got it for. Value-wise, it was a no-brainer and an amazing product for the sale price. I have the Nespresso made machine at home and that has gone strong for years, works like new, and brews a great cup of espresso. This machine is a wonderful substitute for that one at a much lower price (even when not on sale). I will say that the Nespresso version feels a bit more premium and a bit more solidly constructed but you do pay for that feel. As far as the brewing process goes, it's tough to notice a difference in the quality of the brew using the same pods. I bought this one for my office and serves its purpose well over there. The milk frother is also a great addition and people in my office use it with Oat, almond or regular milk. One thing I will mention is that there's really only room for a very small mug or espresso cup. If you take away the drip tray, you can fit a more normal sized mug but it doesn't sit very level because of the attachment point for the tray. Not a deal breaker but if they were to improve this machine, it'd be there. Allow for teh tray to be removed or adjusted so a normal mug can fit underneath. Otherwise, a great alternative to brew the original line nespresso pods.

Makes good espresso, only complaint is the frother overflows if you anywhere near the max line.

I saw many comments on the expresso machine spilling water. I cant deny its very true but the expresso is verry good.. the frother is the best part.

Its good got on sale and still working. Also make sure you have capsules, not K-Cups.

This machine makes good coffee drinks, although it's very temperamental. It does not always want to work forcing you to turn if off and on or reset the capsule. You may also need to adjust your cup depending on it's size. The star of this set, however, is the frother, which does a great job whipping up plain almond or oat milk or creamer. If you can get this product at a big discount it's worth it, but definitely not at full price.

Absolutely perfect. Works better than the original Nespresso machine it replaced. Looks nice sitting on the counter and makes a great espresso. If you expect it to do more than that you will be disappointed. But, perfect espresso - expect that every time.

I actually like this combo because of the good price and design look. It makes loud sound. However, the one I received does not dispense water. I ended up buying another model and returned this one. I also see review saying this may not fit nespress pod. My experience seems it is true. I tried pod capsule from Peet and I found it didn’t quite fit (my pod is smaller)

The espresso makers work well, but the frother is trash. Fortunately, I bought it sale-priced, so this is not an issue for me. Good product thus far, but if you are buying for the frother, look elsewhere.

Very good Nespresso coffee machine for a good price

This espresso machine is every bit as good as my Nespresso machine. I would say the frother is even better. Definitely worth the price!

Bella Pro works excellent my wife loves it (possibly more then me ) . Great purchase .

Purchased on sale, nothing to loose. Espresso shots better than Keurig cups. Easy cappuccino. Coffe pods not as widespread as the competition. No regrets.
