Great espresso machine, love it. Been using it a lot.

Bella Pro looks nice, but its very loud to use in the morning louder than other espresso machines- I got it when it was deal of the day- good price have not used it yet to see if it makes good espresso or not its so loud,

the bad reveiws are from people who had no idea what they are buying. Yes its not a Kcup machine and it does not make full size Nesspreso coffee. This is an Espresso shot machine that uses nesspreso sized capsule. you can find a ton at William sonoma and even the grocery store. if you dont want to press Espresso ground this works great. heats up quickly. biggest negative is that it is loud but I enjoy it. ive had for about a month now

Great coffee maker! It has 1oz and 2oz settings and the frother works perfectly.

Let me tell you about my experience with thos piece of garbage, despite having 3.9 overall rating I believe a 1 star should be the appropriate valuation. Anyways, the water pump, (as it is with all the 1 star reviews is the problem) I believe they have 5 machines and are refurbishing the defective ones and are selling them under the guise of CLEARANCE! My advice is BUY A REAL ESSPRESSO MACHINE!

First time getting the order the coffee machine would not work due to a water pump issue. Returned and exchanged for a second one at the store. Now with this package the coffee machine works great but the milk froth er does not heat. Horrible quality control, not worth the hassle of continuing to exchange. Disappointed in the Bella Brand. I got this on sale and would not even recommend it at the sale price due to the issues with the components not working properly from the start.

Got it and it wouldnt pull water from the tank so my device just over heated, all soldnout online so i returned it.

I needed a new machine to replace my old Breville Nespresso machine. The price for the Bella Pro Series capsule coffee maker and milk frother could not be beat so I decided to give it a shot. The machine is way too noisy and super basic compared to other Nespresso machines. I decided to return this machine and spend a bit more on a better machine.

I got on a deal for $50 with the frother. It’s definitely not worth full price. Dont buy it unless you get a really good deal. Cheap feeling buttons i dont expect to last long. Id be shocked if it lasted 2 years.

Works good for the price! A little water leaking at bottom. I just fill before I use.

I owned a Nespresso brand for less than a year and had to send it in for repairs 4 months later it quit working again. This I have had for over a year and is amazing. Can go wrong with this

Good for the price, but the capsules don’t stay, they fall out and you have to hold it before closing the little drawer

Produces fairly decent espresso, however there is a heavy and overbearing plastic taste and smell that takes time to air out. The milk frother is pretty bad. It has a small capacity, pushes the milk up out of the vessel, and scorches the milk. Convenient and I don't regret buying it, but there are a fair amount of cons with this product.

It does what it suppose to do, quick and easy, although the capsules keep falling into the machine, not sure how to get them out, But i haven't tried yet.
