We have gone from a technivorm, to a percolator, to this, and my wife is so happy i bought this machine. she's become a barista in a few weeks. I've seen people complain about the pods, either they thought they were able to use K cup pods, or the "new" nespresso pods... you cannot. there's even pictures of the pods... it's the original nexpresso pods that are very accessible on amazon costco or other stores. My only gripe is i like a large cup, and usually do 2 pods. you really have to watch it if you're going to put a large cup or it will fall off the bottom. just use the small cups and put your shot in a cup.

Makes better coffee than and Keurig machine I have ever had. Only problem is the milk doesn’t get very hot and some of the grounds are visible in your drink.

I bought this and I was excited because I’ve been looking for one for a long time and this one was amazingly discounted. Once I got home I read carefully into the pods that it uses. I purchased some. When the pods arrived, I tried using it by following the instructions, and I did this three times to troubleshoot as well. The machine would turn on. I would press the button for the cup selection, like it told me to, and it would just make nothing but loud noise. Unfortunately after three times I decided the machine must’ve been defective, so I returned it because I couldn’t exchange it since there was no other machine available.

Returned this item twice because it didn’t work. It claims to work with Original Nespresso capsules but I believe it is designed for another coffee capsule

I use tgus thing all the time. Pods are vheap and gives a coffee shop like experience

The machine was great and worked really well until it did not! After one year of use it started emptying the coffee in the empty capsule bin

I got this at the 50 dollar Deal of the Day price, so as a Nespresso Original line machine with frother, I'm somewhat happy. My major complaint is that the capsule chamber allows for improper placement of the capsule. About 25% of the time the capsule will land too high. The latch can close as usual, but you will get a cup of hot water or just a few grounds in your cup as the only clue that something is wrong. So, every time I brew, I have to make sure the pod has dropped to the proper spot or push it down gently. If I had paid full price, I would have returned it promptly. Frother works fine. Those who had boil overs didn't realize that you can only fill it up halfway or less.
