The only warning is that the water container on the back is a little finnicky. The instructions say place the container straight down. If it's off the slightest little bit, the machine will not work. I did not use the Williams-Sonoma brand of capsule and so far, so good.

Only issue is when using plastic cups you have to be careful how you put them in. I've seen revies that say they don't fit, that isnt true, but you can't just drop the plastic ones in like the aluminum ones. You have to make sure they line up before you close the mechanism.

Nice little coffee maker

The coffee maker works great but the frother leaves a little to be desired. It doesn't start right away which means I have to stick a spoon in or something to get it moving. Once it's moving is good but I shouldn't have to do that.

From day 1, the machine would only dispense a tablespoon of coffee. Sometimes it wouldnt dispense any. I wish I would have been able to take it back. DO NOT BUY AT ANY COST! We have had Bella products in the past and have been happy with them. This one is horrible.

I was able to snag this machine and frothier combo for cheaper than just the nespresso machine at most places.

Lasted just over a year before it stopped making any crema, which is one of the biggest reasons I wanted a nespresso machine. Cleaned it, tried again and again. Junk.
