Bought on clearance. First one never worked. Exchanged for a new one. Second one never worked. Went online for solutions and nothing helped. Not worth the effort.

Got this one when it’s on sale, for the reasonable price, it does the job.

The first thing that comes to mind when reviewing the Bella Pro Series - Capsule Coffee Maker and Milk Frother is to say HOW EASY IT IS. I have recently tried another espresso maker, and I was very intimidated about using it. The Bella Pro Series throws all of those worries out the window, and makes a great cup of espresso while it’s at it! This is a great espresso maker. Easy to use, and it’s also a complete package which includes a standalone milk frother. Some other brands ask you to pay an additional $100 for the milk frother so overall this package is a great value. Again the theme here is easy. The water reservoir is easy to fill. It takes capsules so if you are familiar with the use of K-Cups you will already know how to make a good espresso. A nice touch is how your spent capsules are collected in a chamber for later disposal so you don’t have to do it every time. To be clear this unit DOES NOT take K-Cups. You have to use Nespresso original capsules only. Add milk to the standalone frother, and you have a frothy milk with a great texture ready to turn your espresso into a latte or cappuccino. The whole process happens very quickly, and only takes a total of a few minutes. It really could not be any easier, and I see this setup saving me a lot of money in the long run. That about sums it up. Fast and easy. There is nothing to be intimidated about here. In a few minutes you can make yourself a great espresso drink saving you both time, and money. What’s not to like? My only regret is not getting something like this a lot sooner. If you are thinking about making espresso at home please consider the Bella Pro Series - Capsule Coffee Maker and Milk Frother. You will be happy you did!

My wife and I are pleased with this Bella Pro Series expresso maker. I know that this product is touted as a coffee maker, but to me this is more in line with an expresso maker, especially since the two programmable buttons it comes with are single or double shot. To start off with, it is very easy to put together, no more than 5 minutes. After running some hot water through it, you are ready to start making some expressos. One of the two reasons why I gave this product 4 stars is that the manufacturer doesn't do a good job of telling you what kind of capsules you need for this expresso maker. Most of the time you can read this type of information on the box, but with this Bella Pro Series I had to read the manual to find out. It states that it takes Williams & Sonoma capsules which you can buy online or at a store. I was pretty bummed about this, since I rarely shop there and I wanted to start using this expresso maker right away. The manufacturer needs to advertise this more readily. The second reason I gave them 4 stars is that while the milk frother is nice to have, I have had some issues with spillage. I have followed the recommended amount of milk and it still spills. Even though, it has some downsides this machine does make great expressos. We love the slim design since it doesn't take up too much space in our kitchen. Overall, we are satisfied with this Bella Pro Series expresso maker.

Waste of money, took it out the box, plug it in and it did not work. Don’t waste your money. I can’t even return it.

The Bella Capsule Coffee Maker makes great tasting coffee, brews fairly quick and is easy to use. One thing that you should be aware of is that this machine is for making espresso style coffee drinks and the maximum cup volume is 100mL or 3.3oz. Do not expect to be getting a general-purpose full cup brewer like a Keurig. If you realize that you are buying a specialty brewing machine and are looking for an espresso style brewer you will not go wrong with this one. With the small brew size you will be able to get quite a few cups brewed before having to refill the water tank. The capsule collection tray means that you do not have to deal with the empty capsule after each brew. It is not very big though. I haven’t counted but would guess it holds eight or so empties. Also, a little frustrating is that no where on the box does it mention what type or brand of capsules are compatible. The manual states that the machine is designed for Williams Sonoma Coffee Capsules. I found that the Williams Sonoma Capsules are the same style as Nespresso capsules which will also work in the machine. You can get Starbucks branded capsules as well that are also sold at Best Buy. So, there are a few options to choose from even if the manufacturer only mentions Williams Sonoma. I’ve found the average cost to be around $0.80 per capsule. The milk frother works very well but be careful not to overfill. My first use was too full and I ended up with milk all over the counter. There are min and max lines embossed on the inside of the jar but are awfully hard to see and I did not notice them until after I cleaned after my first use.

frother stopped working after 2 months. The store said to contact the manufacturer. Where is not clear.

Purchased as a gift for my wife. She loved it! Simple, easy to use and got it at a great price!

Overall, it's simple to use, space saver and coffee taste great .

Followed all instructions and the machine just made a loud noise. Wouldnt absorb the water in the tank and did nothing at all besides make a screaming noise

Bestbuy shouldnt be selling this. No water cam out and the rubber ring came off on the first use.
