Defective on arrival. Waste of time having to drive to the store and then wait in line for 30 min to return.

I had problems setting this coffee maker None of the coffee capsule I got didn’t fit. The unit is designed to hold only Williams sonoma coffee cupsule which are very expensive. I even ordered reusable cups from Amazon and none of them worked. I got two of this machines and my sister hate it. I wish I could return it Very dissapointed with the machine

The coffee maker makes only warm coffee. If you heat the cup 1st and run the machine water only. the 2nd brew is better. I didn't try the frother.

Pump would make sounds but not one drop would come out. I returned it for another. The 2nd one the pump did push out water but along the sides of the machine and not where coffee comes out.

We liked having one so much I bought one for work as well. No issues to report, just make sure to empty the collection tray regularly or the spent pods will misalign the new pod.

This coffee maker is sleek, smart and sturdy. IT comes with low water level indicator blinking and it won't make coffee if water is less than a certain limit. Very good fail safe mechanism.

I have a different model that I bought for myself and gifts. This model came up on deal of the day and Ibgrabbes 2 for gifts. Everyone loved them.

I thought that i would not like it as much but i use it every day. Milk frother tho i never touch, it gets dirty too quickly.

Coffee machine is okay but the milk frother is not good it’s spill out

Opening the box, everything is pretty much ready to go. I washed the water reservoir and lid, the frother and the 2 paddles. I then filled up the reservoir with water and ran 2-3 cycles through each cup setting. I was then ready to try it out. I picked up a box of Lentando Espresso Capsules and inserted one. My first attempt had the capsule miss its target and fall to deep. I had to retrieve it from the discard bin and try again. This time, I took my time and observed how it loads. You can only insert it one way, but the bottom of the capsule needs to line up with the tube inside the holder. Once done, I hit the large cup button and waited. At first it didn't do anything, but then it made a grinding noise and went to work. The noise isn't too loud, but first thing in the morning if someone else is still asleep, it might wake them. The unit produced a great shot of decaf (yeah decaf espresso...sue me). Then I fired up the frother. I knew I should measure the milk, but hey, I went less than half full. I put the lid on and fire it up using the large button (nice) on the front. Everything seemed good until I took my eyes off the frother. I went to grab the 2nd shot that just brewed and the power on the frother finished. The foamer was just going to town with major seepage down the sides and on the counter. No biggie, there was still enough to fill the mug and enjoy the 2nd drink. A quick rinse and wipe down got everything copacetic. As for the unit itself. It's nice and small, or narrow probably better describes it. It doesn't eat up much real estate on the counter and the frother can store nicely in a cabinet until needed. Lastly, as with many other appliances in this price range, they don't include a place to keep spare parts. It would have been great if they had a cubby in the frother or coffee maker to hold the extra paddle. Items such as that get lost in junk drawers or over time. A simple pull out or battery like compartment anywhere on either item would be a welcome addition. Overall, I'd recommend this to a friend. I don't really drink all that much coffee, but this unit makes it easy to enjoy a cup every so often.

As a regular consumer of coffee, coffee products, and various types of coffee drinks, I have always wanted to have my own espresso machine at home to make my own drinks, or add in a shot to my coffee at times. Because I was unfamiliar with the different home products available nowadays, I just always assumed it would be best to go to a local coffee shop and have them make me a drink if i wanted anything more than just a cup of coffee. I suppose I was also intimidated by the idea of actually doing this on my own, which why I put it off for a while. With that said, I couldn't be more pleased and happy with this product because of how simple it is to use, and how it can brew an espresso easily in the comfort of my home. The ease of setting up and using the espresso machine couldn't have been more easy and straightforward. You can actually it set up in a relatively short amount of time (took me 10 minutes). And it brews an amazing espresso, which of course will be subjective to the brand or type of cappuccino you may use with this product. However with creating this product, Bella has done an awesome job of allowing "everyday folks" a chance to do this at their own convenience. The milk frother is also pretty easy and straightforward to use, though I do wish it was of a larger capacity because a few times my milk has overflowed out of the machine, even when I don't fill it up to it's suggested maximum level. That just means I have to keep a close eye on it, which is fine, but hopefully in the next iteration of this product that is taken into consideration. Now while the product itself does a great job of brewing an espresso or a double shot, one particular aspect of this product that I wish was better is the quality "feel" of the product. It doesn't quite feel like the material used is of high or good quality, though my guess is that a machine like that would probably be a bit more expensive. However, for someone just looking to casually make espressos, or someone who might not be making a lot for a moderate to large family, this machine will get the job done and do so exceptionally well. Overall though, I would say I am definitely very pleased with this product, and I look forward to using it for as long as I can!
