Great electric grill; heats up quickly, cooks thoroughly and relatively quickly; meats get a nice sear; and easy clean up... only thing missing is the smokey flavor, but that's the sacrifice for grilling indoors... Also, a raised handle on the water tray would help prevent spills...

After six months it’s still working fine. One point off because it was larger than expected so it’s a hassle washing by hand in the sink. Also the water pan is tricky to empty you have to remove it very carefully to avoid spilling.

Takes up a lot of space, but if you live in an apartment and outdoor grilling isn’t possible, then this is a worthy investment. Easy to use, a little bit of a pain to clean, but better than many other indoor grills to be honest. For what you get, this is the best priced indoor grill.

Don't cook out enough to justify having a regular grill, so I purchased this. I have cooked rib eyes, ham, and chicken and everything has turned out great. Tastes almost the same as eating something grilled outside. The temperature dial is nice, it is easy to operate and very easy to clean. Highly recommend if they are returned in stock.

Easy to use, fast get heat, good price and good brand...

This was a deal of the day that I couldn’t pass up. I followed the instructions and cooked a ribeye on it perfectly the first time. Water tray underneath catches any grease and doesn’t smoke or burn off like other grills. Cleanup isn’t that hard as long as you have a larger sink.

Purchased this grill as a perfect Birthday gift for a son in law who is an avid griller. He just got it 2 days ago, so no feedback yet. But, having purchased several other Bella appliances in rhe past, have no doubt about the quality....and they are always priced right.

Where did all the rave reviews come from? Should have paid more attention to the poor to fair reviews before buying. Grill simply doesn't heat up enough!!! No way can you grill a steak with just a few minutes on each side according to instructions. Paid only $15 for it with a $5 reward discount, but it's still $15 too much when it doesn't perform. The one star is for ease of taking apart for cleaning but if it cannot be used to grill, the cleaning advantage is moot.

Got this for quick grilling so we wouldn't have to use the grill in the winter. We love it. Grills steak to perfection, and even better, it's super easy to clean. I wouldn't say it's smoke free, but the amount it puts out isn't any worse than skillet frying. We've been using it about 6 weeks now and it works just great.

Excellent product, works as described and my experience with Best Buy has been great, exceeding my expectations. The grill does cook smokeless. I feel it would be even better if it had a top to cover and maintain the temperature, otherwise it was sufficient.
