Excellent product, works as described and my experience with Best Buy has been great, exceeding my expectations. The grill does cook smokeless. I feel it would be even better if it had a top to cover and maintain the temperature, otherwise it was sufficient.

Perfect for grilling indoors when it's too hot, too cold, or raining outside. It doesn't give you that "grilled taste", but it still makes food taste great. I'd say its relatively easy to clean, and allows for the grease to drip to the lower pan.

I was a bit doubtful about this indoor grill...put it to a test grilling some hamburgers and boy if I was surprise by the final result....no smoke, easy to control the temperature and cleaning is as easy as washing the dishes. I recomend this product to anyone looking for this type of product.

This is great when you can’t grill outside for whatever reason. Perfect grill marks on your steaks. My two issue are it’s very large and not easy to clean in the sink. You can put it on the top shelf of the dishwasher, but that is awkward at best. The cord is very short.

For the price, I don't see how you can get much better. Heats evenly and thoroughly. This has helped me make some of my best chicken yet! Steam from the bottom tray helps heat and keep juices in. My only complaint is that cooking times are long.

This grill does not get hot enough for a thick cut of meat. I use it for shrimp or chicken breasts or burgers. I cannot grill a steak or anything with a bone except maybe a chicken wing. It does not put out enough heat. It is rather big and heavy and does not store away easily.

A very convenient grill for inside use, looks great, heats up fast. I am very pleased with this purchase, and it was at a great price. The only drawback is that it would be nice if it came with a cover.

Bought this as part of deal of the day. Used it for burgers and Korean BBQ and quality of the grill and the taste really made this worth it. Especially for thin slices of meat that slips through, it's easy and clean to put it back on the grill.

I purchased this as a deal of the day item. The indoor grill does what it is supposed to do. I just really wish that it came with a lid. That is my only complaint about this item. I will still use it.

I bought this as a "fun thing" when it is too cold to use the big grill outside. I have grilled burgers, steaks, hot dogs in my kitchen with good results. Easy to use, most parts are dishwasher safe. No smoke, n odor.

I've used this grill several times now. It works much better if you add some water to the pan. It would be nice to have a lid, but for the price, I cannot complain. I would pay a little more for the lid and a bag to store it.

This has been one of the best grills ever. It’s perfect for Korean Barbecue and more. I bought it for Korean Barbecue nights and the best part is that there’s no smoke. I really recommend this grill. Very affordable and easy to clean.

As a empty nester I can grill for one no nasty nets or mosquitos bothering me indoor grilling will be my hobby I can perfectly grill my own steaks burgers and veggies how I like them. What a super treat for meeeee!!

One of my better purchases. Works great, and it's definitely worth every penny. I got it at a discounted price of under $30. I was so happy with it I purchased another. Curbside pickup was quick and very polite.

FOR ME IT WORKS OUT VERY GOOD. GOT FOR A STEAL, DEAL OF THE DAY. I JUST USE ITA LITTLE BIT, BUT IT IS NICE TO HAVE. IF YOU WERE TO USE EVERY DAY, I DO NOT KNOW HOW IT WOULD HOLD UP!!!

Got it at a great price and the price is always great compared to the competition. So nice for bacon and cheese burrito tortillas. Love the light brown grill lines. Better size and price than the similar George Foreman one.

Bought because a friend has one and I loved how tender and perfectly cooked the steak was and no hardly any smoke. The price was great and the grill seems good quality. No complaints yet.

I love to gril but do not have a back yard or deck to grill. So getting this smokeless indoor grill was the best choice. No smoke coming from it and food cooks good and even on it.
