So far it's been handy and great. I feel it doesn't get as hot evenly throughout the plate unless it's on for a while. The clean-up is easy and non-stick is awesome so far. For an apartment living situation, makes "grilling" convenient and simple to do on any night.

It is easy to use, easy to clean, and delivers the outdoor grill taste and is really smokeless!! I truly love it. Having a small kitchen, it was a perfect fit. I highly recommend this indoor grill.

I have totally enjoyed this so far. I haven't had an issue with the warm up time as some have mentioned. Virtually smokeless as stated. Clean up is quite easy. The only thing some might not like is the water requirement as that can get messy when you are done cooking as it can slosh around when you move the tray. However, I can't lower the rating because of that.

My husband bought me the countertop indoor smokeless grill. I absolutely love it. I was able to cook burgers, brats & hot dogs on all at the same time. The taste was awesome. We will be buying another for a gift.

A really excellent grill...

Water is placed in a pan in the base and catches the drippings preventing smoke indoors, it's simple and effective. I also appreciate that this grill, except for the electrical plug/cord is washable, and the grill section is dishwashable, it makes life easier. Now add a great price to the package and really I wreastled with giving the grill 5 stars, but it's too big for me. This grill will hold 6 really hefty hamburgers or steaks. I need a smokeless grill half the size. However, I'm still keeping this one!
