Does the work but not for thick patties for example

Grilled steaks and they were great. No smoke and only problem is cleaning.

I decided to try this thing because it was on the desk of the day for $19.99.... I encouraged my social media friends to try it too. Little did I know, about 7 of them purchased it and were ranting and raving about how good it was, so I fired mine up and tossed some steaks on it. I told my mom and now I have to pay full price for hers because she MUST have one now too.

This is by far the best purchase of a kitchen small appliance ever! It is easy to use, easy to clean, and delivers the outdoor grill taste and is really smokeless!! I truly love it. Having a small kitchen, it was a perfect fit. I highly recommend this indoor grill.

Awesome indoor grill that is consistent on temperature... It is not smokeless but smoke less and not that bad when it comes to that (like a hot coffee emitting a lil steam in the morning)... I'm really enjoying this indoor grill since we have this wild fires in Cali and the only way to enjoy steaks is to grill inside... Hope this helps you...

easy to use for Indoor kitchen. easy to move and clean for small party

Spontaneous buy from the deal of the day section. So far it's been handy and great. I feel it doesn't get as hot evenly throughout the plate unless it's on for a while. The clean-up is easy and non-stick is awesome so far. For an apartment living situation, makes "grilling" convenient and simple to do on any night.

Cooks evenly across the grill, temperature control seems accurate, and it was easy to clean. Hope the grill continues to perform, and survives the winter holidays. Wish I owned this as a single, college student in the dorm/small apartments.

Bella brand great quality & great prices. My husband bought me the countertop indoor smokeless grill. I absolutely love it. I was able to cook burgers, brats & hot dogs on all at the same time. The taste was awesome. We will be buying another for a gift.

A neat item to own !. Space it properly On your counter. lt Has enough grilling plate section for a decent amount of cooking some food depending on what U R cooking. & The size of the food. For cleaning read all instructions.

Tried it for grilling meat, both thin (Koran BBQ style) and sirloin steak. Cooks okay, but the griddle does not get hot enough in my opinion. The water reservoir beneath the griddle is a pain the rear to empty after cooking.

I read many reviews on this unit before purchasing so I wanted to use it many times before posting my own. I have totally enjoyed this so far. I haven't had an issue with the warm up time as some have mentioned. Virtually smokeless as stated. Clean up is quite easy. The only thing some might not like is the water requirement as that can get messy when you are done cooking as it can slosh around when you move the tray. However, I can't lower the rating because of that.

Easy to use and really works . Cooks salmon and steaks perfectly.

This item was damaged but I can't blame best buy for the incident because what was damaged was the plastic from the appliance build that little pieces of plastic were broken off.

Really great for quick indoor grilling. Simple and smoke free.
