Not that great

Returned it after a few days because it wasn't cooking right maybe I got a defective one.

A decent alternative to outdoor grilling

If you're like me and live somewhere that you can't easily use an outdoor grill, something like this still allows you to get like you're grilling - without the need for charcoal. Adjusting cook times and temperatures is probably the biggest adjustment. My only complaint really is that the build quality seems questionable longer-term.

Easy to use, but very slow to cook!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is a nice saize, very easy to use, and fairly easy to clean, but just doesn't keep consistent heat long enough to cook per suggested cook times, in my opinion. Food just takes WAY too long to cook.. ie: 6 bratwurst sausages took just under 1 hour to cook at the recommended heat settings. Just not practical, but I guess if it is your only option for a cooking surface, it would certainly get you by. Perhaps if a cover was used (not offered as an option), it would speed up cook times, but I haven't tried that to this point (cooked on it 3x thusfar).
