It does not heat quick enough and the temperature is not as high as I expected.

I bought this product online and the first one they gave me had been used, returned to them, and certified as operational for resale. It didn't work. I returned it for a new one and it works good.

Doesn't heat evenly. Also doesn't really get hot enough. Easy to cleanup just remember to put s little water in the drip tray.

Product is okay; although it advertised as smokeless, not 100%. It seems like 40% of smoke reduction, but still not perfectly smokeless. Price is great, not much oily stain inside of house

I love this girl; I live in an apartment so im not allowed to have a traditional grill so i decided to purchase this stainless steel one and its been amazing. I have made so many things on this grill and it has came out amazing. Deff worth the buy.

The grill was smokeless. I used it few times, it came up fine. Honestly, I purchased this grill looking at the picture where it is showing red hot. However, it didnot change the color of the rod. Little disappointed on that. Other than that, it is fine.

Living in the inland Nortwest I can't grill year round due to rain and snow. This product is perfect and does exactly what is say. Grilled some pork chops on it and had no issue with filling the house with smoke.

The grill temperature dial ranges from WARM to 400 degrees. I doubt the unit made it to 250 degrees on full. It took three times as long to cook steaks as in a typical fry pan. In addition, lower water tray spills everywhere. It wasn’t even worth the $20 sale price.

I got this for my daughter who lives in an appt and thought now she can grill in her appt and dont misscooking outdoors. She absolutely loves it and says she uses it everyday.

I bought this for my son who wanted to start grilling his food but was not ready for a gas grill. He's cooking on it everyday. His words, "best Christmas present ever". Its a good value on regular price. Its a GREAT value on Deal of the Day. I bought 2.

The price I paid for this was awesome. The downfall is that it comes with no lid, so cooking things evenly didnt always happen.

I was so excited to get this I fired it up the same day. It took 45 minutes to cook 8 chicken thighs. They tasted really good! I fired it up the next day for burgers and it stopped working half way through and wouldn’t start again. Unfortunately I had to return it.

Bought this as a gift for my sister and she says that it is nice but not as great as the brand that I have. But, says it does what she wants and needs it to do so she recommends it. It was half the cost of what mine was!

I have used this a couple times now to cook steak. It works ok, not the greatest. The only thing I don't like about it is that its cooking temperature seems to not stay very consistent.

Purchased this for my husband to use when he traveling it worked great he can cook a meal when he arrives in the many ports or duty station he visits. IT WORKS GREAT

This was an amazing purchase. It was an impulse purchase since i have never owned one before, but my girlfriend and I have used it constantly since day one. I would highly recommend a purchase to anyone.

Decent electric grill for indoors. Wish I could get a little hotter. Heats up somewhat evenly.

Nice addition to kitchen arsenal would be much better with the glass lid. Woorks really good average cooking time 15 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness. V3ry happy with the purchase.
