Not as advertised

Cannot cook thick cut meats and it only gives you 15 days to return it which I only used it twice in that time frame and the next use the power plug crackled and quit working all together. It’s not as advertised and I’m not happy that Best Buy doesn’t stand behind their product they sold me and I was able to only use twice.

Disappointed!

I read all directions carefully and still nothing. I was excited to be let down. Think again before you make this decision. Hopefully it gets better in time!

Grill does not get very hot.

It is does not get very hot and the heat is not even either. It is ok for grilling if you have a lot of time to spare and you are only gonna use it once in a blue moon.

Works but slow & plastic body melts
