Not worth the cost

The box is opened even I ordered and paid the price for new item. I wanted to return but it was freeze in Texas and all of bestbuy stores were closed. 14 day return policy is bad, other stores or amazon have 30 days return policy.

Works well...

However it did not put the girl marks on my food as I wished. It’s more like burn marks. It made my food taste a little funny. We got this because we cannot have a grill in our condo.

Good but does have dead spots

Does take a while to cook things.

Follow directions for chicken recipe, and it was not cook enough. So disappointed. Just did not have the time and patience to return it.
