Love that it has a Keurig single cup option and a whole pot. Reusable kcup and filter are great. 3 stars because it’s not programmable & the handle of the reusable filter broke after just a few months

Was great and then the clip to open/close where the coffee goes half broke which was still usable. Today the clip broke off and now I cannot open where the coffee goes so its a fancy paperweight. In all it brews well, the heat timer is a little short for my liking. the Keurig function leaves a little to be desiered but we dont brew K cups often, if thats your primary function I would look into something else. Hoping that all goes smoothly with warranty claim.

Great for personal Keurig cups. Easy to fill and read water container on back. Make a cup in about 1min. Easy to clean and switch if need to use actual coffee pot. Great deal for the price.

this device until now is good and valuable for the price, ok, the price is so good but I am not sure how many months will work. the clear light can not be off.

So handy! On my way out the door I can make a K-cup in less than a minute. On the wee when I want to sit and have a few cups I make a pot. It comes with a gold permanent pot filter and a gold refillable K-cup so you don't have to buy prepackaged pods which saves a bundle. Gets good and hot and it makes a single cup in less than a minute. I've had it about a year and it's still going strong! Highly rated on CR website too.

Works pretty well and it is convenient to be able to have one machine for either single serve or carafe. Only problems are 1) it can be a little more noisy than I am used to and 2) smallest carafe size available is 6 cups, which is a big jump from a 12 oz cup.

Really good. Works great with k cups and normal powder. Super easy to clean.

Not a coffee person - but - i am enjoying trying the different brands and types to see what i like. This machine is good, easy to use and easy to clean up after use. Has alot of options. Very satisfied

It looks good and performs perfectly. It is modern and converts easily between the carafe and K cup option. I love it!
