Coffee is tasty BUT too hot and mfg says can not dial down the water temp. :-( I set the Bella on a place mat making it easier to turn when adding water.

It's heating element has an auto shut off after 2 hours. However, it has no off switch, so support told me just to unplug it.

I find it to have a quiet brewing and it’s great to just pop in a k-cup for just a cup of coffee. Got it at a great buy from Best Buy deal

I feel qualified to say that because I am 77 and a serious coffee drinker who has had many coffees out of just about every form and brand of coffee maker you can think of. Just prior to this one were 3 K-Duos The first two were very expensive lessons and they didn’t last long enough to say they are keep. So I refused to pay the high retail price for a third one although I loved the way they worked, my third one cost $25 out of the trunk of a very old Olds ‘98. Nuff said about that!

Makes good coffee

I use it mostly for pots, but we also use the single use and hot water features. The only drawback is you are limited to 8/10/12 cups in the pot, because those are the only buttons available.

Bella Pro Series coffee maker

However, there are three things that are annoying, they are 1) the release/locking tab on top where one puts in the the coffee basket and filter is cheaply made and after 3-4 weeks has started to pop out when one is not careful operating the tab. This is also the main reason I would not purchase this coffee maker again. It is easy to put back into place but, will pop out if touched wrong. 2) the LED lights on the front panel indicating carafe or single serve and #of cups or once’s to brew are so bright one can not read what they are to indicate. 3) it is a noisy coffee maker
