Good cup of espresso. Steam fuctions work good. Setting the amount of coffee it makes xould be easier.

This is nice compact machine, There is a bit of a learning curve on making a good espresso. It is not overly fancy, but everything my wife wants. At his price, it was a great way to try an espresso machine.

Bella Pro has proven time and time again that they have inferior products. They have very cheaply made plastic appliances and when they do have glass, it's very thin. I've purchased at least 3 things from them. A juicer 4 years ago which was horrible and heated up the juice. Cheap plastic. A coffee maker that was advertised as an espresso maker but it was not espresso. Thin, thin glass carafe. As I was throwing away old manuals, I saw that they misprinted the manul and it had information for a toaster in the table of contents but when you flipped through the manul it was for the coffee maker. I mean I dumped that thing so quickly and purchased a Nespresso 4 months later. Then when I realized I didn't care for the taste of Nespresso 3 years down the line, I purchased this after reading the glowing reviews. It's still cheap bunk but got the job done. If it runs out of water, nothing will drip after you refill the water. I've learned to turn it to the steam setting then bring it back after trying for 5 minutes to get it to work again. Never will I cheat on De'Longhi again. Just being cheap and not wanting to replace a very old De'Longhi machine that gave out in 2020.

Mine did not have the cleaning pin included. And it's a little tough to lock and unlock the portafilter

SO far so good, easy to set up and getting easier to use. My husband has even mastered it and loves using it for "dirty" chai

I feel that learning the art of espresso making takes time and patience. The machine does really well once you feel more confident in the process. Foaming can be tricky at first with the steaming function, run it a few times. I am a beginner and looking forward to a great cappuccino every morning.

I’m no expert with these machines but I took a shot and made this purchase for my wife’s bday. She’s super happy with it as it replaced her old one.

I love this machine, the only issue is something the expresso do not come out fast, otherwise I love it

Good compact size and works fairly well for the price. I don't know if it came like that from the factory but milk stains on the steam wand and is extremely hard to clean off.

Got this as a gift for my wife. She makes at least one espresso or latte a day and has been raving about it! Definitely worth the money especially compared to a coffee shop.
