I'm really impressed with this espresso machine. There really isn't anything I dislike about it. For the price it is far better than I expected.

Mine didn't work upon the first attempt. Following the instructions, I filled the reservoir to the max fill position. Turned the unit on. The upper two lights came on solidly, finally the third light lit. At that point, pursuant to the instructions attempted to purge the unit without any coffee. The unit started to make noise, then after approximately two minutes ... Nothing. Unplugged and checked to be certain that the reservoir was properly fitted. Plugged it back in and all three lights started blinking. This did not stop until I unplugged it. Called customer service and they knew nothing. Transferred to the warranty team. To file a warranty claim you have to transmit digital pictures and video. Worthless machine and worthless service. A company that will use every trick in the book to not honor the warranty.

It worked well after a 2 or 3 months but then after trying to brew 16-18g shots it just doesnt have enough pressure to brew it and had to move it down to 12-14g shots. Still works fine just doesnt hit line for me with espresso.

Good cup of espresso. Steam fuctions work good. Setting the amount of coffee it makes xould be easier.

Once you get use to it, it works very well but were you sit the cup scratch so easily

This was my first espresso machine, and it has not disappointed me. I thought it would be difficult to operate, but to my surprise...very easy to learn. Lov this machine!

In the beginning I was so excited that I found a good-looking budget espresso machine and was really surprised by the price (80 on sale). I'm not a espresso fanatic nor professional and I just enjoy milk based latte so this little machine sufficed. However, it seriously disappointed me by breaking down after using for 2 months for less than 20 times. The water just doesn't come out anymore. I even recommended this model to my friend before this happened. It could have been such a cute and perfect espresso machine. I even think it was better looking than Bambino and Dedica. Sadly it was really letting me down.

Mine did not have the cleaning pin included. And it's a little tough to lock and unlock the portafilter

No need to spend big bucks on the machines with all the grinders and gauges. This gets the job done. It’s not the machine, it’s the barista!

Bella Pro Series Slim Espresso Machine: Nice looking compact machine with limited options. If you are not too picky about espresso shots this machine is doing a fine job. Also for the price you can't have too high expectations.

I love espresso and this small but effective machine makes it easy. The frother on the side takes a little practice but I am now making great morning latte’s!
