    This is my second one and still has the same problem. It does not pump a water for itself I believe and it’s just a headache the worst machine I’ve ever bought in my life. I will be returning it very soon. Best Buy shouldn’t even carry this item bad for your name.

    Great introductory level machine. Adjustable size ounce settings for single and double. Had about 2 months now. Everything works as should. U will need to buy very fine ground coffee for this machine and experiment. Cleaning pin is attached to scoop. Took me forever to find it since directions are for several different machines.

    I have rinsed this machine multiple times and it still has a plastic taste to the water. Also too much water comes out with the steam.

    I have been using it for about 3 months now. The machine dispenses espresso shots well. But not so happy with the steamer. Could have been three holes and made it a lot more easier for coffee art.m, I guess.

    Once you configure the espresso machine to pull the correct shots, it works like those expensive machines. Everything is done manually so that is the only con to this machine. I would pair an espresso puck screen and a better tamper to pull consistent shots.
