Great! Then disappointing

I clean it after every use and have tried different coffees but still comes out the same. I was really happy, then very, very sad.

I returned mine

Reviews said to keep putting on and off the water resevoir and i did try it but never worked. I was a bit upset but best buy let me return in no provlem. Walked out with a different experesso machine the same day

Complicated way to make coffee
