It worked really well then out of no where it started giving me all these bitter tasting shots of espresso. I clean it after every use and have tried different coffees but still comes out the same. I was really happy, then very, very sad.

Very complicated for espresso coffee. Can make much easier with different machines. Pour over or Aeropress makes just as good and much less expensive.

Thought this would be a great little machine like the Bella I had years before it. It felt way cheaper and less sturdy and my espresso was not very hot at all. I immediately returned it.

This product didn't work at all for Me don't waste your money

Availability to start the coffee in 25 minutes... makes you a cup and then you have to wait 15 more minutes to make the milk... The good thing is that no visitors came and craved a coffee …

Bought as a gift for daughter. As I understand it, she can’t hardly use it- the milk part, and really the main/water part, has a distinct smell/taste that will not go away. She run a ton of water through it, washed it, still stinks/taste bad.

Hard to use and when returned they shorted me $50 when I returned it and exchanged it for a cheaper model that worked better.

This machine, i gave a feeling was used and then shipped again! I’m so disappointed. Ive bought several item from B.B for years. The jolder that you put the grounds in had the 2cup holder stuck inside! I didn’t want to pry it out and then I couldn’t return it! Shame on Best Buy

Loved this for the first two months but now it is leaking all the time and doesn’t froth.

I like the product but this interaction of sending me a hundred request to review something is bs.

See Proposition 65 on the bottom of rhe box. Contains DOP and DAP etc. PVC wiring. Gets hot. Odor penetrates the drink. After 20 expresso water, shots chemical taste undrinkable. Dont waste you money.

The status updated to Wrong address while which was perfectly correct! The delivery carrier website was showing that they needed me to contact them while nobody told me to do so. I will update this review after receive the coffee maker.

It’s not what I was expecting.. I couldnt return the machine :(

Only makes a single cup at a time. The double cup button doesn’t function. This is my second machine that the double shot button doesn’t function.

Everything about it Feels cheap. It underperforms, not worth the money. Gave as a gift and was embarrassed when asked to return it because it was a "piece of junk."
