The price was good $80, for my first espresso machine. It’s been good so far quality is good nothing fancy. It doesn’t take a lot of space on the counter.

Solid 4 stars, this machine makes great espresso, it’s simple to clean and use. I don’t care for the steamer, it works, but sometimes have to tinker between switching the buttons and dials on and off to get it to work. It does get the milk hot though. I have a separate milk frother I use. It is light weight easy to take if you want to travel with it (I hate hotel coffee in the room) but it’s also so light weight it shifts around a bit when putting the grinds cup in, but you get use to it and it’ll eventually become second nature to manipulate to not move as much.
I would recommend it for a nice little espresso machine without breaking the bank.

Great compact unit for Expresso.....

I have forgotten how tasty Expresso is. I had one of these machines a long time ago when Expresso was starting to take off.
Anyway. Back to the review..
Setup was a snap. Read through the instructions. Cleaned the unit. Primed the pumps and the rabbit with just clear water.
After that, I tried brewing a cup. Wow. What a difference from my regular cup of coffee in the morning. Not as acidic taste is bold and full of flavor...
The foam maker I was skeptical because my old one I just could never get the milk the froth correctly. This machine was a super cinch. OMG. First try and BOOM.... came out just right.
Clean up was a cinch too.
The only hard part is the steam milk nozzle. It needs to be slightly taken apart and then cleaned internally.
Also the steaming milk sprayed all over the place. So just need to be mindful of that.
Unit is nice compact. Only ding on the size is it is a little short so a regular cup or mug won't fit.
Other than that.... great unit.
I would recommend it for what it is for. More Expresso for me...

Did I just become a coffee snob?

The Bella Pro Series - Slim Espresso Machine with 20 Bars of Pressure is a huge hit in my house. Everyone loves it. This is my 2nd Bella Pro Series appliance. I also have a large Bella Pro Series Air Fryer that is still getting lots of use 4 years later. We first tried homemade, specialty coffee drinks at my sister's house. She has an espresso machine 2.5 times larger than this one. I don't like bulky machines that hang out on the countertop indefinitely. This espresso machine solves that problem. It is small enough to keep on the countertop and also small enough to pack up and put away if needed. The taste was spot on. I couldn't find a difference between the large espresso maker's flavor and this compact espresso machine. The best part (besides not taking up a lot of counter space) is that the price is affordable. This is truly a luxury item in my opinion.
The instructions are thorough and operating the machine is simple. The water tank holds 1 liter of water and doesn't need to be refilled every day. It does have a snug fit, so I just bring a cup and fill it from the top instead of removing it and resetting it. The portafilter (handle that holds the coffee grounds) also has a snug fit. The first time I tried to insert it, it wasn't completely locked in. Make sure it is at 90° from the machine (straight out). The machine is pretty compact, and the tallest coffee cup I can use is 3.75 inches high. That is the only drawback that I've found. I did order a stainless steel milk steamer cup and shorter, glass coffee cups to complete the experience. While I was waiting for those to arrive, I just used a small stainless steel wine cup and regular coffee cup to make my lattes in. (see pics).
The machine can make single brew, double brew, steam, or just hot water out of the steamer wand. The amount of water per brew can be programmed to your preference. The instructions are easy to follow for reprogramming or resetting to factory settings.
After a few days of use, while doing the first step, which is the water purge, (running a single cup with no portafilter or coffee grounds in place) I noticed the water had coffee grounds in it and it was a little brown. I looked under to see the "group head" aka "shower head" had some coffee grounds stuck to it. I didn't realize that I needed to wipe down that part after use. The instructions might say it, I missed it if it did. No biggie, just thought I'd mention it for the newbies like myself. Also, If you pull down on the bottom part of the steamer wand, it will come off so you can clean it easily on the inside. Overall, super easy maintenance.
Before using this machine, I didn't know I was a latte person. I didn't really know the difference between the speciality drinks. The simplest recipes I found break it down like this for beginners:
Latte coffee, pour 10% espresso into 70% hot milk, add 20% milk foam.
Cappuccino: mix espresso, steamed milk, milk foam at a ratio of 1:1:1.
Mocha coffee: mix espresso, hot milk, chocolate at a ratio of 1:1:1.
Americano coffee: mix espresso and water at a ratio of 3:7
Now that you know how to make these specialty drinks, all you have to do is go for it. And like me, you will probably wonder why you waited so long to become a coffee snob. In my opinion, after this, there's no going back to regular brew.

I bought Bella Pro Series mainly because its 20 bars of pressure - the rest of the brands are mostly having 18 bars. Certainly Bella as a good brand did not disappoint me. Espresson made by this machine is strong and taste well. I would recommend this slim machine which does not take much space but functions very well.

I like my expresso coffee very strong. In my opinion Starbuck's is the best expresso, I tried many expresso machines. This machine is the only I found that can produce Starbuck's quality coffee at a reasonable price range. Machine is easy to use and not complicated or confusing to use.

Bella makes good products at a good price. If you're just getting into coffee this is a very good compact Espresso machine to get started with. Once you set it up, prime it and get started it works like a charm. Very easy to use and keep clean. The brother is terrific.

Got it for my wife as a christmas gift. She loves it! As does my 16 year old. It was simple to use. The coffee insert takes a bit of a trick to get out, but i recently noticed a small arrow pointing where the notch is to line up easier. Its mildly difficult twisting the handle into ppace and removing it, but given it needs to build 20 bar thats a bit of a given to keep pressure.
My only real issue at the moment is that for some reason it keeps failing doing a double shot. Singles work fine, so im guessing Im doing something wrong. I just havent figured out what yet.

Espresso machines are usually quite expensive and need a lot of investment. I bought this on sale for only about 70 bucks plus tax. It comes with all the necessary equipment to use other than the pitcher to steam milk in. It performs about as good as the more expensive ones along with the steamer. The manual that comes with it is very concise and gives easy cleaning and use instructions.

Amazing product! Great coffee out of it.
It is fast warming up the water. Easy to clean. It doesn't take long to brew. The pressure is great. It tastes like coffee shop espressos.
