We got this machine for Christmas. It serves rich, cafe quality espresso with impressive 20-bar pressure. The stainless steel design looks and fits perfectly in small spaces. Lightweight. Very easy to use and consistent in performance. Great value for anyone wanting quality espresso at home without the bulky-ness.

Big surprise, a much better esspresso and latte maker than I had imagined; I had a much more expensive machine that I was replacing as it stopped working and this new Bella performs as well if not a little better at 1/2 the price. It’s size even gave me more counter space as a bonus. I will look into other appliances under the Bella brand in the future.

I’ve been using this espresso machine for a while and for the price it’s a great starter option. It makes solid, rich espresso with good crema and is easy to operate — even if you’re new to espresso at home. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much counter space, which is nice. It’s simple to clean and performs well for basic shots and milk-based drinks. 

It works! It's simple. It's well made. It's compact. It's easy to clean. It's got great steam. And the coffee. err.. espresso is tasty. Yes it's plastic mostly but the metal parts work well to give you all the above.

The machine makes a great tasting espresso, hot and foamy. Unfortunately, the milk frothing did not work as well as we thought. It took 7 times to get the milk hot, no foam was created. It was loud as well. Great price, but it did not work for us. Had to return it.

Machine brews excellent espresso with superb crema. Small size allows storage in closet, freeing counter space. Low price was added benefit.

Bought as a Chrstmas gift to self. I am brand new to the world of espresso making, and the bella PRO Slim has been a fantastic entry-level machine. It is surprisingly lightweight and doesn't take up much counter space, yet it packs a punch with 20 bars of pressure. Most importantly, it makes a delicious cup of espresso with a beautiful, rich crema every time. There are a few minor things to keep in mind for the best experience: Workflow: You can’t brew coffee and use the froth wand simultaneously; the machine needs a little time to reheat between the two functions. Maintenance: The milk can build up quickly on the steam wand (hard scale), so I recommend scrubbing it down immediately after every use to keep it clean. Ergonomics: It can be a bit tricky to attach and remove the portafilter because the machine is so light. I found myself wishing there was a handle on the base to hold onto for leverage while locking it in. Despite those small learning curves, the quality of the coffee is excellent for the price point. If you're looking for a sleek, effective machine to start your espresso journey, this is a great choice!

For the cheap price of this espresso machine, it works well! It is not the best quality in terms of material and espresso but I was not expecting that because it is so cheap. I hope to invest in a Breville one day but for right now this works and helps me save money from going out!

Overall i think this is a pretty good espresso maker and it is perfect for small spaces. You definitely need to use espresso mugs with the machine and a milk frother cup. A regular coffee mug does not fit.

A lot of plastic going on; directions are partial. Overall, there is one very noticeable problem and that's with cleaning the head that the espresso cup fits onto. Be sure to clean that with soft bristle brush since if it isn't making a good seal you get two things: a bad draw and possible blow out. Compared to my 1978 maker, I think my old Bun is better but you get what you pay for so this compared to others was a good value on cybermonday.
