A lot of plastic going on; directions are partial. Overall, there is one very noticeable problem and that's with cleaning the head that the espresso cup fits onto. Be sure to clean that with soft bristle brush since if it isn't making a good seal you get two things: a bad draw and possible blow out. Compared to my 1978 maker, I think my old Bun is better but you get what you pay for so this compared to others was a good value on cybermonday.

Simple and easy to use to make an espresso. The only down side was that for some reason i could not get the double shot to work. Overall for the price and the size it works well.

It is a great product and good value for money. Have been using it for four weeks and I think it paid for itself in the first week! The only downside is frother is not great but just good I would say! Would buy it again if I needed one. Highly recommend!

Decent value but the holder often gets stuck and it can be glitcy. Also, seems to go on sale often for less than I paid.
