So I called customer services on 09/23. Instead of getting help, the representative made a error of charging me for my rewards coupon. And she said she will reversed the error and call me back once she sees it in her computer system. She said it will take 1 hour to call me back to confirmed, but she never did call ! I was so anxious and worry the whole night about the error she made on my account. Without her help, I was able to see the error reversed the "next" day by itself. But if the Best Buy representative promised to call me, she should have called me!

Of course I am outside the return/exchange window, and good luck with contacting the manufacturer for support. They open late, close early, aren't available on weekends or holidays at all as well as constantly having a high call volume so you can wait for hours.
