Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the sturdiness, ease of assembly, and modern design of the Triple Play TV Stand. Many appreciate its clean appearance and the ample shelf space it provides for components. The ability to swivel the TV is also frequently praised, along with the stand's suitability for larger TVs and its reasonable price. While some mention the weight and potential issues with the glass shelves, the overwhelmingly positive feedback points to a well-received product.

Nice Looking Stand For Our Bedroom

We purchased this for our 50" Panasonic Plasma T.V. It is set at it's highest point (TV mount) so that we could see it while lying in our bed. It holds the weight of my TV with no problem, although I cannot see more than a 50" on this stand. Please refer to my two pictures I have included. It took my wife and I about 45 minutes to put together. Instructions are plain and simple. It does a pretty good job at concealing all my cables. I have two HDMI cables, two power cables and a network cable. It has room for more if I need it. Once you have the TV on the stand in the way I chose to mount it, be aware that moving the stand into place becomes difficult. In my scenario I had to push it back against the wall, so it took some time to get it there carefully. You have to take care when moving it as the weight of the TV wants to tip the stand. Once in place the stand is very sturdy. I would recommend this to anyone. I don't think I would use it in a living room with children (we have two 3 and 13 months) without securing it to a wall for added safety. Overall we are very happy with it..

A solid TV Stand with the option to mount it to the stand. The instructions were OK, but not the easiest to understand. The quality is very good and plenty of space to hold my AV and gaming equipment.

Great style, sturdy, easy to assemble. A bit overpriced, but willing to pay for the looks and capacity. With the TV mounted on the swivel bracket, the three pieces of thick glass had plenty of room for my DVR, BluRay player, CD player with speakers and the Wii with space to spare.

The front "legs" on this entertainment center have vertical split's in the wood all down the length of them now! We returned the first one right away because of this issue, but now all these have appeared. Cheap.

    Good Looking, But Flimsy

Purchased this stand to replace a very sturdy Z-line stand of similar design due to the fact that the closer you get to High-end components, the larger the units become. So I had to purchase a larger stand. I have to say that assembly was kindergarten-easy and the stand looks amazing, as it blends even better with my entertainment center. However, I noticed right away the difference in the thickness of the glass shelves between the new one and my old one and the swivel mount also drew some concern as it is very loose and sort of flimsy as compared to my older Z-line. But, I pressed on as this is a supposed Bell'o stand, manufacturers of some of the most impressive A/V furniture in high-end audio/video. I say this because no where on the box nor on the instruction booklet do you see Bello's name. I was first disappointed at the extreme angle of my Panasonic VT 50 on the stands mount. I remedied this with a piece of MDF topped with rubber, wedged between the bottom of the T.V. and the stand's mounting pole in order to straighten out the T.V. Then I placed my components along with my custom built wood platforms,( For vibration control. Glass is the worst thing to rest your equipment on as it resonates any and all vibrations back to your component, affecting you picture and sound in the most negative way!), on the middle shelf and the glass started to bow. I'll build something to correct this later. If you have dark cherry wood and lighter components,( like a 7 lbs CD player or Blu-Ray player), this is the stand for you. However, when you average component weight is about 20 lbs per unit, plus maple platforms, and brass resonance weights, go to a more solid and sturdy stand. I would do it myself, but I would have to purchase a wider stand which would force me to make further changes to setup. Since I am somewhat handy, I will modify as needed.

The simplistic design and ease of set-up fit well within my comfort zone. Tho, I did have reservations about the support for my 15 year old flat screen TV....my last stand broke (metal fatigue?), the TV is on the heavy side 80 plus pounds. Two months and still standing.

SturdyTV stand that holds all my componants

I searched for weeks for the perfect TV stand, I needed space for several audio items, plus I wanted the top shelf for a large center speaker and knick-knacks, so I needed a stand with an attached mount to hang the TV - I don't like hanging TV's on the wall, the wires are unsightly and most people mount them too high - this stand keeps the TV at perfect eye level when sitting on a sofa. I purchased this from Best Buy so I was able to inspect the box - no problems. When I opened it I found everything as it should and it everything was packaged well. This stand can easily be put together by one person, however two people will need to carry it. The instructions were very understandable and the stand base, with attached real wood, is already put together, you just open it and lock it together with the locking clamps. Then you simply add the shelf holders, secure the rear TV mount and place the glass shelves - one person can do it but two people should be used so as to not damage the glass. It comes with a large selection of VESA screws and spacers to attach the rear mounts to your TV. - they had longer screws that fit my Vizio. I had a receiver and other audio components and wanted an open configuration so I wouldn't have to cut out the back to fit all the wires and cables, plus it gives them air circulation. The stand is very sturdy and is a perfect width at 50" wide, my 60" LED just extends about an inch and a half on either side. On the shelves, just place the audio components to each side and you'll have room in the center of the first and second shelf for two rows of CD's. The bottom shelf holds 75 lbs, the middle shelf holds 50 lbs and the top shelf holds 125lbs. There is about 10" height between the bottom and middle shelves. I also placed sliders under the 3 main points to move the stand easily. See my attached photo's

It was easy to assemble and I love the finished look, but the TV mount is a little wobbly. I purchased this unit because the mount can be used with the pole or on the wall and I wanted to test a new location for the TV before mounting it to the wall. The stand and pole are both very sturdy, the wobble comes in at the hinge where the TV pivots. So mounting it on the wall won't make a difference. If you can deal with the TV feeling a little shaky when rotating the TV, it's a great stand, but don't buy it for the mount.

I purchased this TV stand on sale for less than $170 and I have no regret. It looks really nice, the TV stand allows for it to pivot enough to orient the TV as needed. It was easy to put together and is quite sturdy; no regrets at all!

My wife says it was easy to assemble, but does require two people to slide in the glass and place TV on the upright brace. The unit appears sturdy. We wanted something functional to go with a modern loft look and yet not be the focus in the room for our lake front condo. Mission accomplished.

I love this TV stand! It is very good quality and looks so classy! Definitely looks more expensive than what we paid. Plus, we had the stand in the back of our Jeep for our recent move all the way from WI to MO, and the stand is still in perfect shape! :)

Very pleased. Assembled easily and as per directions. A great solution for a large screen if you can wall mount the tv. Only negative is the middle shelf. Care must be taken to watch the weight you put on this shelf. It will bow if you put a heavy receiver or the like there since it is only supported at the corners.

I began my search for a new TV stand because I was sick of using the traditional TV stand as the TV would sit below eye level from our viewing position, which is less then ideal. Accordingly, I wanted a VESA mount stand. I didn't want to attach the TV to my wall, as my studs were in odd locations, so this was the next best option. I saw this TV on BestBuy.com and read the reviews. They seem slightly mixed, so though I would go check it out in the store, as online it said they had them in stock. They did indeed have a floor model to look at, so I assume at least some stores local to everyone else will also. The stand is attractive and sleek. It is very easy to assemble. It literally just folds in to place and you bolt it open with a few bolts. Easy peasy. The glass shelves are very thick and sturdy. I am not afraid to put center channel speakers, a heave receiver, or anything else on them. Three important things to note to anyone buying this TV: 1) While the stand says it only support up to 55", my 65" fits and sits just fine. However, the weight of my TV (60#), pulls the bracket down slightly. You have to push the TV level and screw the bolts in on the back and it will level the TV just fine. After I did this, TV is level and sits perfectly. There is no sense of the stand tipping, the TV falling or anything. Us this for up to a 65" I would say is perfectly safe. Anything over that I say no. 2) To go with #1 above, if you use a 65", it completely takes away the top glass shelf from being used, as the TV sits far too low and putting anything on the top shelf will obstruct the view of the TV. Not a big deal, but anyone using a larger TV - and I think it would be cutting it close even with the 55" - I would say don't even think about using the top shelf at all. 3) While the TV bracket swivel is a very nice feature, it is EXTREMELY loose; and I mean very. If my two year old as much and nudges the TV stand while playing, the TV will shift. I'm going to adjust the swiveling bracket by jamming a piece of cloth in there and that should help, but should be unneeded. Overall, this is a really nice stand and anyone looking for a really nice VESA mount TV stand shouldn't hesitate to purchase it. I gave it -.5 stars for the swivel being far too loose and another -.5 stars for the top shelf being obstructed by the TV, even at the 55" advertised max.

This TV stand fits perfectly in my living room and adds a contemporary look. I put it together myself. Although it might have been a little easier putting the glass shelves on with another person. Currently, I have a 36 inch TV and I was able to put it on the mount with no problem. This stand can handle a much larger TV (which I plan on purchasing at a later date). I like that the TV can rotate from side to side so I can see the screen when I am working in the kitchen. The shelves hold all my electronics.

The stand works wonderfully. I have the TV setup on the wall (Stand comes with wall mount, but it does not swivel) and the AV item below on this stand. Looks absolutely gorgeous. The only complaint I have is that online is said multiple stores had this is stock but everyone I went to said they do not have it. I finally purchased it in store in San Francisco, and was told I would be able to pick it up in 4 days. 4 days later I got an email saying that it was being shipped to the store and to wait for another email saying it there to pick up. The next email I got said that the item was no longer available. I called the store and they told me they have them in stock. So it was a huge pain to actually pick it up, but well worth it in the end. Also very easy to assemble.
