Bell'O has real poor customer service, have been trying to get a full non-damaged unit since December 16'. This isn't a Best Buy problem, the boxes were fine so not a shipping/warehouse issue, it's the quality control issues at Bell'O. I contacted them in Dec. a week goes by and no response. They have a very unfriendly process where you call in and all it's just an answering service essentially and someone should call you back. I waited a week, no response, called in gave my ticket number, waited another week no response, this goes back and forth a few times. Each time someone at the answering service says they'll escalate. They say they call, but apparently they don't know how to leave voicemail messages. Finally in Jan. I get a vm and he leaves a number. His first response is to return the unit, even though the documentation inside the box says "Don't return to the place of purchase, contact us" Ha... Instead of dealing with their horrible customer service, I was able to exchange at BB, but guess what the second unit also had quality control issues, pre-drilled holes, pre-mounted door-stops, incorrectly placed - all they did was move the door-stops to the right place - but left the misplaced drill holes in plain sight... Have been in contact with Bell'O again and as expected no return calls after repeated calls in. Very Very Very poor Quality Control and Customer Service. Considering the price - something from Ikea would be much better.

Nice looking TV stand with cabinets to place items related to TV use, such as DVD's. Very firm stand.

This is well built with real wood. Great styling and looks. The components and shelves attached to the stand well. I left the bottom two drawers out and put the b&w subwoofer in it. Even with heavy bass, there is no distortion or vibration from this stand!

I love this tv stand! Has worked great since day one & looks nice in my living room. 5 stars!

There could have been some written dialogue also, draws are alot narrower then cabinet, had to put washers behind drawer guides to make it wider

Minor assembly required, solid oak tv stand, great grey finish. Glass doors top off the great product, also doors close with soft touch. Looked around and haven’t found anything as good as this. Love the stand has-built in louvers to allow air circulation for all electronics.

A solid TV stand that will easily accommodate a 70" TV. A fair amount of assembly will be required. It goes together relatively easily. The wood itself did had several pits,but it appears to be a characteristic of the wood and not a manufacturing or transportation flaw.

Very nice looking piece of furniture and wide enough to accommodate a 70" flat screen TV. Solid wood with metal framework with two glass doors and three drawers. I really like it.

Excellent product made of real wood, all except the back inserts. Easy close doors.

This was a beautifully designed and attractive piece of furniture. It is well made and its all wood. I got it for my stereo components and everything fits perfectly.

Bell'O is one of the best brand out there. It worth buying if you are looking for something unique.

The Tv Stand works well with 85” Sony Bravia. I highly recommend anyone to buy one.
