Great looking counter-depth refrigerator. Efficient storage. We are happy with that. In an unexpected twist, it showed up without handles. The Best Buy web site shows it with handles, and nowhere in the description or specs does it say otherwise. Pacific Sales was also unaware of this oddity, but they made it right and are sending me handles at no cost.

The refrigerator looks pretty and that's really the only positive comment I can say about the frig. Handles are cheaply made and they keep falling off. About once a month, I have to take my Allen wrench and keep tightening them. After 2 years, the ice maker broke. The ice maker tray is made out of cheap thin plastic which broke. Now I have to hunt for that ice maker. If you have $, buy sub zero. If you're not loaded like the rest of us, buy LG/whirlpool.
