Terrible. FIVE visits and still can’t get the refrigerator door switch completed. The teams have left the door sitting in the floor. FIVE visits over FIVE weeks. So frustrating.

The delivery men installed my Bespoke panel on the day of delivery. I would of gave them 5 stars, but one door is lower than the other one. I told the man in stalling it, but he said the weight of food in the door would make it even in a few days. Unfortunately, 3 months later and it is still uneven.

It took over 6 months for us to get the correct panels!!! Each (8 times delivery) the panels were either damaged or they sent the wrong ones!!! Even during my daughter’s baby shower we had here during the the 6 months…people here were asking why we were missing two panels on our refrigerator? Well, we had to tell them the horrific story. Kyle, who was our salesperson (lead salesperson mind you), would not return my voicemail or e-mails during this whole ordeal. It was a TOTAL cluster! Even their customer service several times during this ordeal on several occasions said they would call me back in 15 minutes and never did. I had to call them back and they just seemed to not care at all! So frustrated with Best Buy that I will never buy anything and I mean anything from them again! The only plus to this is that the refrigerator is a nice one once they finally figured out the correct black panels that we were supposed to get. And you have to go on YouTube to figure out how to set the temperature on the thing.

Timely and courteous staff. Finished up quickly and removed packaging material after install.

Easy instillation of one of the panels that needs to be change for the color I really one. It looks easy to install with the installer .

Best refrigerator we've owned. Love the water station and the different size ice cubes. Also took advantage of the Samsung President's day offer for 4 free panels and changed the color. So far, it's working beautifully!

Once the guys came that could actually do this it was great. We had a fridge without panels for a month and a half.

Panels were delivered and installed as expected! Installation crew was quick, professional, and competent! Panels are a great color change to our new refrigerator!

Unfortunately i cant recommend this at this time. I've scheduled an install three times and all three times they cancelled saying nobody on staff knew how to install the panels. I asked what I should do and incredulously they recommended that I keep scheduling a new date weekly and "hopefully eventually somebody will come". Not a great strategy for a $3000 refrigerator that has been sitting here incomplete for the past month. I don't think Best Buy should sell Bespoke fridges if they don't have the personnel to install them. We are currently using the fridge panelless while we wait for someone to eventually install them. I like the flex compartment and the interior is well designed, although the top shelf isn't usable by anyone shorter than 5'4". We are already having a problem with the interior light not always coming on when the door opens. I've requested service, but given that Best Buy doesn't have anybody on staff to do a basic panel install, needless to say i won't be getting any repair service anytime soon. If you want to buy this fridge, I would recommend only getting it direct from Samsung until more people are trained in servicing this fridge.
