The is just a gift card, and looks cool enough. I bought it only to bring my total up to a particular dollar amount so that I could use an AmEx offer. I might use it for a small purchase, or instead cash it out (<$10 refundable in CA).

We had corporate anniversary gifts to give some techies and we had no idea what they needed. Some say gift cards are impersonal and I get that. But when you know they'll want technology and they're going to be particular about what they get, this is a good solution. The gifts were well received.

Gift card works, but if you're hoping to have a nice box to present the gift card in, look elsewhere. Mine arrived half crushed thanks to its flimsy construction and a huge, ugly sticker on it from when it was processed at the distribution center or wherever. Ended up just putting it in a separate gift card holder.

Easy to redeem in stores and when purchasing online

Ordered a bunch of different gift cards on November 29 but for some reason this “Best Buy” gift card was sent separate via UPS (the others were sent by USPS, which I received a week later). It’s now December 15th and there has been no movement in the tracking since December 4th. I called customer service on the 13th and was told a replacement would be sent but until now there is no record of a replacement being sent. I needed to mail this gift card out today but because it’s obviously not going to get here in time I need to go to the store and buy another card in order to send out today. I want a refund! So disappointed!

So I received this gift card and I thought: "what would I like to get at Best Buy". I went to the store, selected an item within the price range of the gift card, and handed this card to the cashier. I was then able to leave the store with the item I selected.

Great when there is a discount. Otherwise, not really worth it to buy.

I bought this box to hold 2 gift certificates for my cousin's bday party. The only downside is that there's no tag to put a name on it.
