DO NOT BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS ONLINE

I have made SEVERAL calls and still not resolved. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I asked to be transferred and the individual refused to transfer me(he was not understanding). I now need to go thru Citibank for their help.
