Had to run a new cable for my fiber connection to my modem and from the modem to the mesh system. This works great, no signal loss to the mesh from the fiber, getting almost the full 1G speed. Just wish they carried shorter cables, 10 ft was overkill.

Im not sure all positives in getting this cable, but it did seem to help speed up my internet process, compared to the older cable.

Great Ethernet Cable

I’ve had it for a few months now & no issues so far. I bought a long cable not knowing how much reach I needed, but a couple of wire ties and it’s shortened (with slack) and managed. Highly recommend.

However, if you are able, connecting your device, whether it be a laptop PC, desktop PC, PS4 or 5, or Xbox Series X, is far preferable to depending on a stable and strong wireless signal. I use this cable to connect my primary Roku device to my router, and so far there have been no instances of buffering or disconnections. For a few dollars, buying an ethernet cable like this ensures that you maximize your Internet speed and maintain a stable connection.

I ran this cord outside the house to the 'she shed' and was able to connect to the internet without any issues. I had enough cord didn't had to stretch the cord. Works very well.
