    Ordered the cord before I needed it so I didn’t realize it was faulty till after the return period. When I plug it into my phone, it says it is a slow charger, which isn’t great but my main problem is that it doesn’t stay connected to my phone. It doesn’t stay in the port in the slightest so the only way you would even get a slow charge is if you’re holding it or set your phone down and don’t touch it hoping it doesn’t just fall out.

    Ordered this product over the phone Went to pick it up and it wasn’t the right one when I specifically said Garmin When I arrived at the store they said no need to open the box it’s the right one So I went home opened the box and it wasn’t the right product… Wejt back got a refund and waited for a tech to meet me for about 10 minutes when the store was empty The tech was nice and gave me the right product Too much of a hassle They should have let me check the box the first time around

    It charges fairly slowly(though in fairness it's not labeled as a rapid charger) and I've found that it struggles to stay connected to my phone, disconnecting at the slightest disturbance. With two young children, the extra length is a double-edged sword.

    Bricked USB-C Charging Port

    I bought this USB-A to USB-C cable for wired gameplay sessions on my PC with my Series X controller. Worked fine for a few days, until my controller either refused to turn on or not respond to inputs. I ruled out the issue with other cables, a secondary Xbox controller, and another perioheral to determine if the USB headers on my front panel I/O had been fried or damaged, but nope. This cable is okay for basic charging but it provided unstable or inconsistent voltage, potentially due to poor manufacturing quality.

    The charger I had bought before broke from the tip. I don’t think it’s fair that I had to purchase again. They should have replaced it for free. It probably was bad to begin with.

    Bought 2 together, but 1 didn't work. 1st worked fine so I didn't notice the other had a faulty plug within the 14 day return window. Crappy merchandise with a nearly nonexistent warranty from a 2nd rate discounter (they used to be better)!!!
