    I bought the charger for my grandsons iPad, we were traveling and his charger was not packed by my daughter-in-law. It was at night and close to closing time, we made a stop at Best Buy, and an Associate was able to help me and recommended this item. Plus side, the cable was aver 6ft, and that was definitely a plus for me, since my grandson was sitting in the back seat in his car seat. He was able to continue to watch his movie on our long drive home.
